Every time we go there, the food taste great! Our family has been going there for over 30 years...Staff is great... Keep up the great work...I moved down to Florida, but everytime I return to Jersey the first place I go to is there....

Had to place a star, but very disappointed at new management that apparently took over Don Pepe Steakhouse!! Well you failed already…..Had reservations for an office Holiday Party, to our surprise showed up and they were closed. Called Don Pepe II and they confirmed that it was closed temporarily for renovations. Good job notifying us of this!!Don’t worry Tavern 73 next door(I highly recommend) accommodated us and we had a wonderful evening!

How anyone can give this place more than 2 Stars ⭐️ is beyond me. They must not dine out a lot except for fast food. Steaks are awful. Shell fish is Frozen not fresh.. Service leaves a lot to be desired.. Atmosphere is dingy. Only reason I gave 2 stars is the Sangria was

Had a nice team dinner here with the team..We were all seated quickly and placed our orders.. the drinks came out pretty fast but were a little weak.. but the food more than made up for it.They had a live singer and dancer to perform, which was a nice touch and was not too loud..Everybody liked their food, and these steaks are HUGE.. even the filet mignon.. like 1.5 - 2 inches thick.. so be ready.. they were all cooked to order and seasoned nicely.Not too many options for kids.. but you can always feed them off your plate..

One of the worst places I’ve eaten , the Steak was dry , salad came out dry , cobwebs and dust everywhere ,A salmonella breeding ground . a ‘restaurant’ that uses microwaved rice , no wonder the place is empty . Then you have an waiter who demands a tip even after we complained about the food and didn’t even eat it

Old steakhouse needs an upgrade. For the price, you would expect excellent food. The food was ok at best. The server was not very nice when questioned about the menu. The atmosphere was dated and worn. Seems the kitchen and wait staff don't care. Steaks were sizable, but half the table said that there was too much grizzel. I had lamb that was not quite rare when I requested medium. I'm not sure if I would return.
Outstanding food, outstanding service, and old school charm. What more can you ask for? Can't wait to go back

Don Pepe's is fabulous! Been going there for years now and have never been disappointed. The food is so delicious no matter what u order and the service significantly exceeds most 5 star restaurants. Highly recommended!!!!
