This location just will never get your coffee right. Ever. Used to come here often because it is closest to my house and stopped for a while because they kept messing up my coffee. I've gone back 3 times since pumpkin spice was released. The first time I ordered my PSL there was no pumpkin, the 2nd time they added a bunch of salt to it which is just weird and gross, most recently I went to the counter to order and instead of giving me a PSL they apparently charged me for and made the pumpkin signature latte which is more expensive and has a bunch of other stuff in it instead of the regular PSL, I did not want the Signature Latte which is totally different. They also refuse refunds when you reach out to them. If you order here, make sure you have time to confront them in person about re making your incorrect coffee and hope they do it right the second time.

After having a horrendous experience at the Parsippany Dunkin (820 Rt 46), I realized how grateful I am for these guys, at my regular Dunkin! They saved many early mornings before tournaments, or after sleepovers- getting a large order done for 10-12 people correctly in 5 minutes!
Been going there for years and will never go anywhere else (learned my lesson this morning!). They are a strong team, and I can always rely on them! I never had a problem with an order, and they always amaze me on the speed of their service and their kindness!

Warning⚠️this Dunkin is selling spoiled food. Prior to today, I went to get a chorizo and egg wrap and the cheese inside was curdled instead of melted and it tasted sour. I spit it out right away. Today I tried them another time and bought two wraps just to be sure, and again both were curdled and sour?. I bet their coffee beans are expired too. Don't go to this Dunkin.

I am so upset that one of their greatest asset was released from his duties. I visited this location when my family and I visited from Fla.and this employee was hard working, friendly and seem to be loved by all in the township. When we heard he was released it ruined our day, A individual that made our experience at that Dunkin so amazing and all the kids in that town loved him.
