I called three different times and three different times they said either the computer was frozen or they couldn't find my address. I told him over and over again do not hand me off to someone else before they did it seems like they have no idea what in the hell they are doing over there. I used to love this place now I'm staying away from it

Kind of disappointed. I ordered a chicken buffalo half melt my hut box with honey bbq wings. Everything tastes awesome. I am missing buffalo in my half melt chicken .. 😞
Staff seems to ignore patrons on the regular. Last 2-3 times I’ve gone to pick up an order already placed and paid for, I’ve witnessed other customers come in, get tired of being ignored and walk away.

Good has always been good whenever I picked it up, but the staff.... they're friendly and all, but they're always staring, winking, and making weird gestures. I started sending my husband inside to get my food. I'm glad this place doesn't deliver.

This location is way better than the Woodland Park location. Woodland Park will make your food with expired ingredients. This location made the food quickly, the staff was friendly, and the pizza tasted exactly as I expected.

Placed an order online on the pizza hut website, they delivered an incomplete order. My sister called they told her she has to contact DoorDash. I call back and Marco kept putting me on hold. Nothing was resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE FLOUR THEY BAKE THE PIES ON….

The wings were all weird shaped, and the pizza had very little cheese and sauce. We also did not receive our sauces that we paid for.The team looked flustered. I only saw 2 other people in the store and did not get greeted, the woman standing at the counter saw me and walked away as I walked in the door, then to return to look confused when I said I was picking up. Had to try three times to run my card because I asked to add a 10$ tip, which I don't think they even added.
reopened under new mgmt recently. gave em a shot on 3/30/24, first time back in a long time. I ordered on the app and when I showed up there was a guy from door dash trying to take my order. I most definitely did not select delivery, not sure what the disconnect there is. personal pan was double the normal amount of crust and undercooked as well. very disappointing. dominos the new go-to for pan pizza.

Order cheese breast sticks, and personal pan pizza. My breast sticks were never pre-cod. I went to go pick up. My order showed them my name and they looked at me like I was crazy took a while to get out of there. I just one order and no one was there waited while two people in there phones
