This is my favorite place. As someone with very strict food restrictions, this place has been such a blessing. I can go in knowing nothing will have seed oils, gluten, or diary. It’s so nice not needing to check the ingredients list 😅 also the food is insanely good. Be prepared to wait a little longer for your food, bc they make it to order. I’ve been visiting almost once a week since last spring. I love love love Planted Eats and wish there was one in my neighborhood (JC). I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and nothing disappoints. Everything is packed with Flavor and I always feel good afterward knowing I fed my body with nutritious food. From juices to breads, sandwiches to baked goods, everything’s SO good. Staff is super friendly!!! Preparation can sometimes take a bit, but who cares when you know everything is made from scratch. Even the coconut milk for my coffee is made on the spot. It’s incredible, def worth trying it out.

I was scrolling through the reviews and I cannot believe I found anything negative about this place. As an individual with a “disability” who requires a manual wheelchair for use all day/night, this place is so accessible! Met the owner, she is super sweet and accommodating. Not only did she move things around inside if it was a tight squeeze, she even brought what I ordered to the table for me just so I wouldn’t have to wheel and most likely drop my order.
As a person who isnt a vegan or even vegetarian, the options are 💣. So many things to choose from and you can’t even taste the difference.

Not for people of color. Came in on Sunday 04/06 at 1:15pm: Coffee is decent but the customers are very racist. Me and my south Asian husband came in with our baby in a car seat, some white woman wearing a black cap and all black stood in front of the register blocking the path and wouldn’t move after we said excuse me. Stood there for another 5 mins while we tried to maneuver and didn’t even acknowledge us. Then when another white woman came in she abruptly moved and apologized IMMEDIATELY. She then left in a white Volkswagen sedan and sped past us in the parking lot. If you’re a POC please go where were wanted, what disgusting behavior.

My first time here was delicious! I was coming off a 5 day detox cleanse. I wanted something amazing and nutritious and exactly what I received. Their chocolate chip banana muffin was incredibly moist and delicious. I also had their avocado toast on focaccia and veggie wrap with balsamic drizzle which was fantastic. Their cold press juices were very fresh too. Of course, dessert was strawberry cheesecake 😋 Definitely going back for more. Thank you! See you soon!

The food, snacks, vegan/gluten feee chezcakes and cold pressed juices are super unique and yummyyyy. Normally I come here put some head phones in sit in corner and snack on one of the sandwiches (stuck between breakfast w vegan bacon and avo slice) and drink a juice (sweet bliss is my fav) then I start my school work. The owner is super friendly too she gave me a sample of this corn soup I believe? I tried the blue aloha the other day, it’s addicting lol. I can’t wait for snowy days here. Definitely will be bring my daughter and husband soon too, thankyou!
Wow. This is some of the best vegan food I’ve had in my seven years of veganism. First of all, I came with my sister & godson, but didn’t check the hours before arriving. We showed up at the cafe around 2:53pm and saw it closed at 3p, so we turned around. Brenda, the only employee working, came outside & happily told us we could come inside to order. She gave us some suggestions & let us sample some corn chowder. (delicious!) My sister ordered the falafel wrap and avocado toast (picture below), which were both tasty. The gluten free focaccia for the avocado toast is unbelievably fluffy and moist—so good! We ordered the strawberry banana smoothie for my godson, and he really enjoyed it. I got the ultimate vegan sandwich on veggie bread (made from juicer pulp), and that was great too. The jackfruit was seasoned very well. I got the blueberry smoothie with hemp seeds also, and that was delightful. We got the 3 cookies on display and left extremely satisfied. Brenda was an absolute joy! As a vegan cafe manager, I can admit that I’ve been frustrated when customers arrive so close to closing, but Brenda didn’t seem an ounce upset nor did she rush us out. The hospitality was superb, above & beyond. Please check out this spot. There is chicken available for those who eat meat, but what a great, healthy spot here in Jersey. Thank you for being here & contributing such nutritious food.

Everything we ordered was delicious and the staff were very nice. I’m not a vegan and usually expect significant compromises with vegan versions of familiar dishes. This place really surprised me. Better than a lot of non-vegan options out here. Certainly exceeded my expectations.
