The experience was great. The staff was also great, Zack treated us perfectly. The only issue was the temperature in the restaurant they could have turned the AC up a bit, very warm inside. Also a slight issue with my gift card, which I couldn't use.

The host was disinterested. Our waitress compensated for the lack of other staff. My medium rare ribeye came in medium to medium well in places and was overly salty in spots. For the prices you're paying the service should be excellent, this wasn't. That's the critique. Nice spaces do not balance it out.

Overpriced, mediocre food. We asked for a medium cooked steak, we got well done, soggy asparagus, bland lobster Mac and cheese and bland fish. We stopped going here for a while because of the food, and decided to give it a try again...never again. Go for the cocktails and the atmosphere, NOT the food. There are so many other steak houses in the area that hit it out of the park. Not Rails.

Food was delicious. The wagyu “bacon” was very salty. It wasn't tasty at all. We did notice though that we were charged extra $$ for our after dinner drinks. Debbie was great once again.

Forgot how nice of a venue Rails is...it is really beautiful! Came here to celebrate 30+ years married and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had oyster (east and west coast) appetizer and octopus with delicious garbanzo beans in a really tasty sauce!! Then had a NY strip and skirt steak... both cooked perfectly for medium rare. Had a side of creamed spinach which could've been cooked a little more...and very creamy. Next time I think I will get oil and garlic spinach instead..just a preference. Shout out to our waitress, Danielle,...very attentive and gave us a piece of cake on the house to take home and celebrate our anniversary...Also invited us to the speakeasy...but c'mon it's only MONDAY??? Saw.some people enjoying mac and cheese as an appetizer...looked good, but that would have been too much for us!! No starches ordered, but they looked good.
