Experience was okay. Server was not quite as attentive as I would like from a quality restaurant. Ambience and decor was spectacular, gorgeous establishment. Food was good, unsure if the price is justifiable. I would come back again for special occasions.
Went for a wine tasting experience. ALL 5 courses were excellent (not mediocre cooked like at a wedding hall), fresh, and hot. None of the courses were rushed so you really got to savor and enjoy it. Service was great. Attentive but not part of your table. If you get a chance to visit the cave, I highly recommend it. Fun room and beautiful. Will definitely be back again.
I'm a regular at Rails. Booked a table for 3 in the Speakeasy but they weren't able to accommodate me despite having a reservation. Had to sit upstairs at a high top near the entrance. Wasn't ideal. Food was still good but disappointed about the seating problem. Told me I'd have to wait until after 11pm to be seated in the Speakeasy despite having reservations for 9:30PM. Didn't even offer any polite gestures for the mixup. It was unfortunate but the food...
