I was missing an item from a delivery i called and they brought it right over. They also brought over some extra items to apologize. I can’t remember the last time i received such amazing service. Mistakes will happen how restaurants handle them makes all the difference. Thank you to the management for making our night.
One of my favorite places in the area. Delicious homemade pizza and pasta. Customer service is exceptional as I recently placed an order for delivery and requested an ingredient omitted from a dish. When the chef realized the ingredient wasn’t removed, they personally called me offering a refund and then sent a new delivery driver to deliver a brand new corrected dish without me even asking. This place is truly outstanding and a local gem.
