I had a great experience working with Foremost for an event I planned. They are communicative, accommodating and professional. The food and drinks delivered were excellent. I look forward to working with Foremost to cater another event of mine very soon!

The entire weekend was truly magical! The food throughout the weekend was phenomenal! We were overwhelmed with compliments from our friends and community members raving about how this was by far the best tasting food they have had at a simcha! The weekend began with a wow on Friday night as we got to spend intimate time with our family over a candlelit dinner with delicious food. The chicken was a huge hit (as was the steak!) and the dessert is always a knockout!

The kiddush food was delicious and plentiful! There was no shortage of anything and the guests enjoyed the lunch and even lingered for quite some time afterwards given how welcoming the space felt. The room layout also worked beautifully and allowed for people to move around and kept the flow of the space very comfortable.

But it is the party on Sunday which really left people talking about Foremost! The cocktail hour food was excellent - people LOVED the pass arounds and the sushi bar was a huge hit. The kids also loved having the soda bar in the side room where they were doing their chesed project. The main course was super moist and the mashed potatoes with the onions were outstanding! Lastly, the dessert was superb!! Our favorite was the fruit tart - one of the best I have ever had! And the kids had a blast at the dessert buffet!

The staff was super attentive and so helpful throughout the weekend! We appreciated all of the leftover food and enjoyed it for several days after the weekend (with some in the freezer too!)

Wow wow wow! For sure the best Kosher caterer around. As a bride having a lot of food allergies was super stressful and Foremost helped curate the menu to make me feel comfortable on my wedding day . From the first day we contacted Jeff to working with Steve at the food tasting and at the wedding we couldn't have asked for a better experience. All guests (kosher and non kosher ) are raving about the food . We were disappointed when we didn't eat at our wedding , but so thankful we had some entrees and desserts to take home and enjoy.

Ira and his team at Foremost went above and beyond my expectations in helping create a beautiful wedding for my daughter and her husband. Ira made the planning process easy and acted as the "day of event" coordinator and was on site for the entire event. The attention to detail and making sure everything progressed according to our timeline made for a smooth transition from ceremony to cocktails to dinner. Both the food and service were spectacular. Many guests commented that the food was outstanding and comparable to that served in the best restaurants.

Terrible Experience. Some of it I am sure is the fault of the Pleasantdale Chateau venue, but even with that, the quality and quantity of the food we received was appalling.Several guests requested Kosher food option for the wedding held at Pleasantdale Chateau. The venue charged the standard $500 per guest for the Kosher guests, as for every guest, but received literally less than $50 of food for each of these guests. While everyone else was able to eat during the Cocktail Hour reception, there was 0 [Zero] Food for the Kosher guests who were charged the same price. These guests were told by the head waiter that there was no food received for them, other than for the main course; when it came time for the main reception, while other tables has lots of food, these guests were given 1 Salad (which was literally few Spinach Leaves and a couple of tomatoes) and 1 Entrée each (Pleasantdale Chateau ordered the cheapest option from the Caterer, which was 1 piece of chicken with some vegetables). Needless to say how much of a disappointment this was and these guests literally went home hungry, complete unacceptable.The food received from Foremost Glatt Kosher Caterers was cheap and not well prepared. As referenced above, the Salad was just Spinach and few tomatoes, while the Entree for everyone was Grilled chicken breast (terrible done) and some grilled vegetables that tasted like they went bad days before. Cannot be more disappointed.

We hired Foremost for our November 2021 wedding and they did an amazing job!! So many guests mentioned it was the best wedding food they ever had including many people who couldn’t believe it was also kosher. Jeff and Steve provided an amazing experience and were so easy to work with. Highly recommend Foremost for your next event!

Foremost Caterers recently catered an intimate party of 45 people for me under the stars on a rooftop facility. Ira Shulman, the manager of this dinner assumed all the responsibilities and supervised every single detail. The food was delicious, the presentation superb, and I am pretty sure that Ira was in charge of ensuring perfect weather conditions. We had a spectacular evening with zero glitches and the pace and ambience were non pareil. I can not say enough of how wonderful an experience Ira Shulman created. I highly recommend Foremost.
