First visit here. Happy to discover a healthier fast-food option. I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl, which was fantastic and spicy, and the Salmon Strawberry Sesame Bowl, which was okay, a bit more straightforward.

Loooove CAVA!!!! Lol, there are so many combinations you can create!! I usually get rice (doesn't matter which one) and grilled chicken with any combination of roasted veggies, fiery broccoli, fire-roasted corn, avocado, and tomato + cucumber, topped with tzatziki dip, lemon-herb tahini, garlic dressing, or balsamic-date vinaigrette. Chef’s kiss!! 😩🥰

Yesterday was my first time visiting Cava, and it did not disappoint. It had been a long day, and my brain was overwhelmed when I first walked in. I didn't catch her name, but the beautiful young sista who helped me was incredibly patient in explaining the process and options, helping me make decisions, and making great recommendations. I ordered three bowls (two for myself cuz that's my business... Salmon Dill and Spicy Lamb were life!) and two orders of Sour Cream...
