Service: very friendly. Food came fast and large portions Ambiance: very nice. Thought I was underdressed but over all not fancy. Food: had beef tenderloin salad very large! Also had the honey fried chicken and it was delicious! One of the best I have had.

During my recent visit on 4/19/24, I notice bugs in my broccoli. I showed it to my service & she did apologize & took the food & went & got the manager. I did consume some of the broccoli. The manager did come over to apologize, took the meal off my bill, she stated that they do wash their produce & even offered me food to take home. I didn't want anything else because I wasn't even hungry anymore after seeing what I seen in my food. I will no longer eat at this restaurant. My steak was also lacking flavor. The strawberry lemon drop & steak egg rolls were very good.

Today was our first time at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, the food was amazing. our waitress Jade was a true blessing it was our 35th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY and she surprised us with a Dessert and her hospitality made our night, thanks Firebirds for the great atmosphere great food and the outstanding service and Hospitality we received from Jade she is a great asset to this restaurant. Excellent food, drinks, and service. We eat here often. I am picky with my food, and Firebirds never disappoints. Favorite dishes are any steak on the menu, always cooked perfectly ?, salads are huge and delicious, shrimp and strawberry is my favorite. The weekend brunch is a 10 out of 10! Perfectly cooked shrimp and salmon every time. Bacon deviled eggs and ranch rings are terrific appetizers. Tasty burgers. My new favorite is the three course dinner deal! Desserts are awesome! Drinks are perfect. Can't go wrong at Firebirds in the Moorestown Mall. The wait staff is top-notch every time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great management always helping on the main floor. This is a must try!
My family and I recently dined at Firebirds over the weekend. It was everyone’s first time eating there, excluding me. The food, as usual, was great, but what made the experience phenomenal was our waitress, Barbara. From the moment we sat down, until we left, she was on the ball. She took our drink orders fast and made sure our glasses stayed full. (Something I always look for, so extra points). She was very accommodating to our requests, not that we are difficult guests, and consistently made efforts to keep our table clean by crumbing and removing extra plates. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, but this one was by far the best.

Ordered a medium rare steak, it came well done. A ‘steakhouse’ should be able to cook a steak properly. It was also overly salted and the service was poor.

This place has gone down hill if you have any standards. I been here a few times and each time worse then the last. This time when we arrived, it was dirty. There was stuff all over the floor. The table was dirty, i had to ask for it to be wiped. The Silverware was dirty too. We would have left then, but it was late and not too many options. I ordered the impossible burger with fries, which actually was pretty good. My fiancé ordered the seabass, he said it was bad. He lifted it up with his fork and it hung in the air.... enough said. Anyone who eats fish knows it is supposed to be tender and flaky and would have fell right to the plate. He told the waiter and the waiter did exchange it for the salmon, which he said was better. Nothing special but good. I ordered a vodka with club soda, but all I tasted was flat club soda. I told the waiter and he told me they do 2oz pours. I said ok but I don't taste it. He just walked away, didn't say he would remove it or anything. That was rude. His attitude was not very friendly but he was not flat out rude, except with the drink situation. At the end, when we got the check my boyfriend reiterated about the drink so we would not be charged for the drink, that I didn't drink. He did remove the drink and seabass. Also forgot to mention when we did get our food, there was little gnat type bugs flying around. Overall I wanted to like this place so bad. But I just can't it does not help that we just went to Redstone grill the week before and there food and atmosphere was excellent. I would not come back. I MIGHT try to give them 1 more chance, but it definitely would have to be a different location.
