I am leaving a five star review for Sam and Jon because they made up for an experience that wasn’t the best at another Jersey Mike’s. They were absolutely the sweetest and my order was perfect.!! 🤩 this is the location for me!
John is always a pleasure when I come to this location ! The customer service is phenomenal! I thought he was the manager how he carries hisself and works as a team leader during the lunch rush. As busy as it gets he still manages to be extremely patient and respectful when taking and preparing my order. He changes his gloves , cleans the area , and makes my sandwich perfect everytime! Today he was preparing food and had to ring up my order and showed no frustration what so ever...
I had never visited the Moorestown Jersey Mike's before. I went to get a sub, and tried the hot italian - I had never had it before. I was helped by a very enthusiastic employee named Sam. She was very helpful and made sure that I was able to create the sandwich exactly to my liking. Sam made an amazing sandwich and completely brightened by day! If you need a great sandwich and a pick me up, go see Sam at Jersey Mike's!
