I previously had stopped coming here about a year ago due to the subpar customer service and inconsistent product quality (think literally a bare smear of cream cheese on your bagel and a rude older woman who didn't like her job).

I enjoy the option for online ordering. It’s been easy to pick up a bagel and latte before work. Most bagel shops do not offer flavored lattes, so it is another plus to be able to order that here. My online order is always correct and delicious!
