As always, the food was delicious. Service? Not so much. One bartender thought it was ok to constantly sing songs over the speaker, loudly, and she wasn’t good. Another thought it was ok to tap his cell phone on the bar to the beat of the music for song after song. Another server felt the need to get a three point by throwing a bottle into the recycling bin. Dirty glasses were delivered to the bar for washing and they sat there for maybe an hour, in front of customers. All in all we were ignored so the bar tenders could spend time with their regulars. They seriously couldn’t be less concerned with our needs. What the heck? Guests should be treated as such. A first time guest in your home that you want to impress. That was the furthest thing from their mind. Again, food was delicious!!! I’ll pass next time because of the service. Arthur is rolling over in his grave and aunt Alice would be mortified.$165 bill btw.

Best burgers I have ever had, no kidding! Steak is good too, prices will make you happy! The problem is almost half the time my burger is overcooked and goes from being a great burger to a fair burger. Manager is not paying attention! I haven't been here in a while since they don't have lunch hours anymore and because my hamburger is always overcooked. I came the other day and guess what my hamburger overcooked. I have to send it back. Worst cooks anywhere! I usually order a medium, I ordered it medium rare with the hopes that maybe it would be cooked right , nope well Done as always!

Excellent steak at a reasonable price. Good bar for a pre dinner drink. Very good service with a friendly staff. A little loud at times to carry on a conversation but that all lends itself to its lively atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Arthur’s and will be back.

From the moment we walked in, the experience at Arthur’s Tavern in Morristown was off-putting. The host was outright rude, not just to us but also to the staff. I watched her bark orders at a young busboy, telling him to drop what he was doing and seat people immediately, with zero respect for him. It was uncomfortable to witness and set a really bad tone for the night.
On the bright side, our waitress was lovely—attentive, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t make up for the negative first impression. My steak, which I ordered medium-rare, came out looking pale and unappetizing, almost like it had gone bad. The quality was just not there.
I actually traveled pretty far to come here, and I wouldn’t go back.

Came here with the wife we had to send a steak back it was over cooked and tasted bland my steak was tuff and bland even the potatoes were off no taste I have given this place mutible tries and it's the same out come so we will nolonger be coming back and who ever is leaving thies 5 star reviews obviously doesn't know good food don't waste your time and money

I've been coming here for years but stopped once I started having children. Now my children are grown and I'm starting to do things that I like and this was one of them. The food taste and quality hasn't changed. OMG, it was soooo good. Already looking forward to going back.
