“The quality of the goods is second to none. We catered our entire Thanksgiving dinner from the Shrewsbury location and it was top tier in all respects. It’s not just the Italian specialty items that are excellent, it’s the whole range of prepared foods. The meat and fish departments are like the neighborhood markets of my youth. The employees are courteous and available and knowledgeable. The people who work there care about the customers and seem to like their jobs. If you’re a food person (whether you like to cook or just eat - for me it’s both) don’t miss this place. I love it even for regular grocery shopping. One note: you get what you pay for and here you get a lot so expect higher (but not insanely so) prices. It is well worth it.“

“I’ve been going to this place for about 2 years now (I box at a gym nearby hence why I go so often). I come here about two to four times a week. The food is pretty cheap especially for its quality. I usually get the Yuca empanadas, beef empanadas, or chicken empanadas. Dessert wise I usually get the Tiramisu or brownies. I can say without a doubt it is one of the best places I’ve ever ate at. The workers are very friendly. Most of the workers know both Spanish and English too which is very helpful. There are plenty of places to sit and eat and it has a very welcoming atmosphere. They’re always playing music (at the perfect volume never to loud never to quiet). The food always comes out quick too.

Dietary restrictions: I know both the beef empanadas and chicken empanadas (and I’m pretty sure the Yucas) are all gluten free which has come in handy when I catered for a party once.“

“From the moment you valet your car to the moment you leave everything is first class. We shared a salad, I had the pork chop with cherry peppers. It melted in my mouth. My wife had short ribs and they were great as well. Cappuccino and dessert was amazing as well. Love this place.“

The macarons were a bit less crisp than my wife would have liked, but I blame that on the humidity and transport (I took too long enjoying the sunshine, nothing against the bakery), otherwise they were wonderful.“

From the Chic Pea Pasta that our daugther loves to the Rice Pasta to the Gluten free breadcrumbs yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The cookies & desserts are to die for! The bread is so tasty nothing like in the store. Our daugther was diagnosed with Celiac disease in Jan. We where besides ourselves trying ot find a fresh line of Pasta and bread products that she would not only love but accept. Bravo to Sogni Dolci for making the best Gluten free Products! “Decided to stop in on a Sunday morning after a quick google search for a local bagel spot while I was in the area. I called ahead for a breakfast sandwich (I assumed they’d be busy which they were) and then ordered a specialty coffee while I was there. They have a ton of options for breakfast food, coffees, lattes, chai, matcha & even smoothies! They have some tables outside where you can sit and eat if it’s a beautiful day like this particular day was. My pork roll, bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel along with my iced pumpkin latte was delicious! I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.“

I was able to grab a delicious ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with a coffee at 4:30 am before the 5:01 train. Friendly staff. I'm coming back before my next early trip into NYC. “I tried the cheese croissant at someone’s house and it was to die for. Went to the restaurant and got an assortment of empanadas and they were okay. The service was fantastic, all of the workers tried helping me one way or another. They also have fast service which I was extremely content with! I’ve been back a few times and each time I go the empanadas are hard especially the corn ones. They taste good, but it’s not the freshest.“

“I think the azúcar buffet is great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The food is amazing I love the service and the people who work here. Angelina and the other staff members are great. I love how they are always greeting me and everyone else saying good morning and good evening and make my day. I think the drinks are great. The buffet is really clean and neat. It’s one of my favorite buffets to go to. I would definitely recommend to go with family members it’s child friendly and there is no problems at all. “I just took a cooking class on how to make mozzarella cheese, and it was a nice experience. There was snacks to munch on and bring your own wine, as well. Everything they put out for us to eat were products they make fresh at the shop. “I’m a repeat customer here. Today I went in to get a cake and kavin the owner was there. I had an odd request. My kids love the chocolate coins they use to decorate the cake. I asked if I was able to purchase them. They are not something they sell but he let me have one for each of my boys. It was so kind and generous. Alba helped check me out And the man working whose name it I did not get got me my cake and the chocolate coins. They made my boys day. Thank you!!!“

The mixed platter for 2 was not the way to go. At $45 it was light on protein.
The Shwarma platter was good, all the meat was well cooked. The hot sauce was very flavorful. Service took a awhile for a fast casual spot.“

“This bagel was different had a unique flavor sort of like sour dough but not really. I had a plain bagel with cream cheese and butter. They roasted it good the bagel is thick and heavy so they double toasted it and it was warm melted the butter had a unique flavor was good I give it a 8.7 out of ten not best bagel I ever had but good worth a try.“
