I recently called for a short-notice small catering meal (less than 24 hours notice for an event of about 20 people- I will pick up the food at the restaurant) and the manager was SO helpful! I was allowed to order over the phone, we discussed how many people were attending, what we needed, they even offered paper goods, etc. to help make it easier. I'm thoroughly happy with how well I was treated and how easy they made the process!
2 Star atmosphere because the playground is closed and I like many other families were here for that reason only and it was closed. One manager has a little bit of an attitude when I was trying to get a drink one staff member told me to wait and then the manger told me I had to wait somewhere else then the staff member told me to go back to get my drink they don't have it together. Food is great everything else meh
I did get called a sir and she didn’t apologize but I understand it probably was embarrassing and she just didn’t want to bring it up again. But, it’s fine. I was in the car and it was hard to see my hair with my hat and shades on. Food was on point, though.
