Eli’s eatery has amazing Korean food and reasonable prices. The service was amazing. It’s hard to find in a strip mall, but worth finding!!

I don’t know how this place got good reviews and great rating!? My wife and I went on 10/23/24 after work. The menu doesn’t have many options and the prices are kinda high. We ordered the buns and sweet rice cake with mozzarella. As we continued to see the menu we observed the employee in the kitchen actually use the microwave more than 4 times. When I witnessed the cook use the microwave I got bothered. The server came and brought the buns and the meat looked suspect. I asked my wife to try it and she said it was ice cold and can tell it was microwaved!!! I then called the server over and actually told him why are we being served cold food that was put in the microwave? I also stated that the establishment is a restaurant and should have the food prepared and cooked. I asked for the manager and come to find out that the cook was the owner and she said all the food is prepared days before!!!! Why would I spend money in a restaurant to eat days old food being warmed up at in the microwave!? That’s a shame and a disgrace!

Got the wings and the soft tofu stew for take out. It was ready when I arrived, at the exact time they gave me for pick up. I only live 4 min away so this was perfect.
The wings were just as much breading as wing. Others liked this ratio, but it’s not my preference. The wings might have been crispy straight out of the fryer but were not by the time I got home and started eating them, about 5-10 min after my pick up time. The restaurant should rethink the packaging on this one for take out. The sauce was sticky sweet. The wings weren’t bad, but I wouldn’t order them for takeout out again.
The soft tofu stew soondubu was bland. It had no flavor, and no spice. It was that bright red like gochugaru so I thought my pallet was off because of the sweet wings, but when I tried to eat it the next day, it was still bland. I revamped it with bullion and some gochjang the next day so it didn’t go to waste but honestly it was a miss for me.

I’ve been looking for a Korean restaurant that makes dukbokki and they did not disappoint. We also tried the mozzarella and shrimp kimbap, Mandu, Bukkeumbap and Bibimbap. Everything was delicious. (Didn’t take pics of everything we ate )

Not much to the decor, but the wait staff was the best! Wasn't sure if I'd like anything, but the staff recommended an appetizer and main and it was delicious. Glad I got to try this place and will be back often for sure!!

I am so excited Eli’s exists. I had the bulgogi and the quality was high and the flavor delicious. One of the best I’ve ever had. The sides were great as well.
The service was even better than that. The waiter was really kind and went above and beyond. We showed up (not on purpose) right before they were closing, but the owner/chef and waiter insisted we sit and stay. It felt like eating an incredible homemade meal.
If you enjoy Korean, or want to try it, Eli’s is the place to go!

I ordered delivery.Soondubu, jap chea, and fries. The soondubu lacked flavor and the tofu was all scrambled. So that was pretty disappointing. I don't have the Korean soy sauce for soup at home so I had to add fish sauce. The only reason why I didn't rate this place a 2 is because the food was still edible. Just not great.Jap chea didn't taste right. Not sure what it was, also very very oily. And the fries were five bucks but the size of a small side plate. Plus over fried and hard.I wouldn't come back

Make sure to get there an hour before they close or they won't let you dine. We arrived at 6:20 PM and they "closed" at 7. Asian food doesn't take long to serve or eat. We walked in and they said kitchen is closed. Not happy, wanted to try. Maybe post your hours as closing at 6:30 instead of 7:00. Ridiculous for a Sunday, do they want to make money or no? SMH ????????

My 1st time visit to Eli's Eatery was great! I met my Son there; he's been there often, and wanted to introduce me to this cuisine. Korean food is pretty new to me, but, everything I tried was delicious. The unique flavors were yummy, not too spicy, and full of new flavors & textures. The Steamed Buns, filled w/pork belly & cukes, were as light as air. The two courses of Bulgogi, (sliced rib-eye steak), with veggies & rice, and Daeji, (thin sliced pork) w/veggies & rice, were both delicious & spicy enough for both our liking. They can make them spicier, if you like! A Wonderful Lunch, shared with a Wonderful Son... Will return again soon to try more! Try it, you'll like it too. ? ?
