Scoop Station has been such a welcome addition to the area! The staff is always friendly, the store is beautiful and spotless, and the ice cream is delicious. They’ve created such a sweet little community hub—there’s something really nostalgic about seeing families, friends, and kids gathered outside with cones in hand on a warm summer night. It’s the kind of place that makes the neighborhood feel like home!!

This was my first time here. Excellent selection of ice cream. I got the Mississippi mud which was delicious, and my kids got chocolate and campfire s'mores. We will definitely be back!

My family absolutely LOVES Scoop Station!! They are one of the best additions to our little community. We were there this past Wednesday night after the local school concert and there must have been 75 people in and around scoop station. I do not think that the staff had a heads up regarding the influx they would be hit with that night. The staff took each order with care and professionalism and they did their absolute best to get everyone served as soon as possible. Aside from this extremely busy night, I have had numerous wonderful encounters with scoop station as a partner to our local schools and other organizations. They are accommodating and kind and not to mention very delicious!! Thank you for serving MP :)

I’ve always loved Scoop Station—until tonight. I brought my mom, excited to share a place I’ve enjoyed . We walked in at 9:08 PM the girl behind the counter immediately said, “Sorry, we’re closed,” even though there were about five other customers still in line.
When I asked why we couldn’t just get ice cream, she told us she was trying to finish up and that we could grab something pre-made from the freezer, but she wouldn’t scoop anything for us. Honestly, it felt rude and dismissive. If the store was closed, the door should have been locked. Everyone in there seemed surprised by her refusal to serve us.
This experience left a really bad taste. Sadly, I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sure to let others know about the poor customer service.

Ok small ice cream shop. Freezer burn ice-cream taste
A solid ice cream place. Staff are friendly, ice cream is good. I go here quite often and I haven’t experienced anything of issue. The ice cream is not homemade, but it still tastes good regardless. There is a very good topping variety.

I had a wonderful time! The girls were very polite. Nice clean establishment. I got a three scoop sundae with vanilla, peanut butter, and pistachio. The ice cream was rich and creamy and fresh!
