“1st timer here. Very impressed. Fantastic burgers, great fries, and one of the best onion rings I’ve ever had from anywhere. Fairly priced, food was hot, and this is the kicker.. absolutely fantastic customer service by the staff at a fast casual restaurant. You’re lucky if you get a thank you at a food place these days when you’re paying. Greeted near the door with a smile and a good afternoon.. counter staff then greeted as I approached, and asked for my online order number, as they were looking, the counter woman asked so how’s your day today? I thought I was in the twilight zone to have such pleasant people during a busy Saturday lunch. Keep up the good work!!“

“Over the past 10 years, North Jersey closed West Caldwell, Bloomfield, and Morris Plains location within the past 10 years. I live in Verona and still willing to drive 30 minutes for a Reese’s Pieces sundae. SO THANKFUL the Morristown Friendly’s is still thriving. I’d be inconsolable if this shop ever closed! Butter crunch ice cream is my addiction.“
