“Last night was my second time at One11, and just like the first, it was amazing. The bartender Jorge is an awesome mixologist. Just tell him what types of flavors, etc. you like, and he’ll whip up an incredible custom surprise drink! Everyone who works there are so friendly, and they make you feel extremely welcomed. And of course, the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!“

“Haven’t been to any Fuddruckers in years since they closed in Wayne,NJ. Was amazed to see a location still open. They have a large game room for the kids. One upsetting thing they didn’t have fresh bakery like other locations. Food was hot and fresh. Plus unlimited fries . Was well worth it.“

Fairly priced, food was hot, and this is the kicker.. absolutely fantastic customer service by the staff at a fast casual restaurant. Greeted near the door with a smile and a good afternoon.. counter staff then greeted as I approached, and asked for my online order number, as they were looking, the counter woman asked so how’s your day today? “Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

This last time my granddaughter thought the pizza tasted sour. We all took a bite and agreed. The owner said he would replace it or take off the bill!! Thank you My complaint wasn’t about the food but the fact that the owner charged us $10.50 to cut and serve the birthday cake I made and brought with all the necessary items to cut our own n serve candles n all. Even though we insisted we wanted to cut our own he whisked the cake away saying no he would cut and serve. Never mentioned it would cost us $10.50 to cut our own cake. Not a good practice for an owner. From now on we’ll have cake at home!!! And most likely go to another place. My final word DON’T BRING YOUR OWN CAKE TO THIS RESTAURANT!!“

“I Love this Friendlys. Food is always spot on. The kitchen is spotless, you can see it from the to-go window. The staff in the dining area are awesome. The staff at the walk up window, not so much. Several of them are just so miserable. These are the people you should hide in the back somewhere not up front dealing with customers. There’s times I want to grab a quick bite to go but will avoid the “window” because I don’t want a side of depression with my burger or Ice Cream Sundae. That’s why I gave 4 stars“

“We hired Jersey Rollz Food Truck for our Wedding After Party 10/1/21, and we could not be happier that we did! From the very first message I sent to Mike (the owner), he was quick to get back to me and willing to work with us on everything we were looking. When it came time for planning, he created the perfect menu with everything we asked for plus added in some specials that he thought would be crowd-pleasers. This was NOT the only time Mike went above and beyond for us WITHOUT any extra cost! The night of the wedding, I met Mike for the first time and he was so friendly it felt like I had known him forever. Then he shocked me with the best surprise of all, THE BRIDE SPECIAL: FRIED OREOS!!! All of the food was incredible and exactly what we needed after all that dancing. Just when we thought this Food Truck couldn't get any better, as they were packing up at the end of the night, Mike walked into the bar with a HUGE tray full of food for everyone! “I love Wendys but this location doesn't cool their frostys enough. I think the machine is messed up or set to a slightly higher temp than the other Wendys. Every time I order a frosty from this location it melts sooo fast and doesn't taste very cold. It's annoying. Frostys are supposed to be thick and cold and refreshing. Other than that I think the customer service here is great! The staff is very helpful and wonderful. They work very hard! I appreciate all of them!“
