THe service was fast, friendly and exact! THis is what a fast food experience should be! The food was above par, got the Big Box with a drink and filled me up perfectly! This place is outstanding and the staff is on their game!!! Great Experience!!!!“

Tried the Philly cheesesteak here for the first time and it did not disappoint. The bread was soft and fresh, the steak was perfectly seasoned, and the melted cheese brought everything together in the best way.“

“Ordered here today take out for the first time. Was really looking to eat a smash burger which I heard they make. So I got really excited, I saw they have my favorite kind spicy with jalapeños. Pricing seemed great for a single patty with the fixing on it. The only thing I’ll complain about is the size of the burger. It’s literally the size of a McDonald’s hamburger just the standard one. So the size isn’t worth the price in my opinion. Had the burger been a little bigger then I’d say he’s worth it. The taste was good and I really enjoyed it but don’t think the size makes since. I ate that super fast where as other places that make these smash burgers single patty with all fixings super saucy and messy which I love. The fries are nice and crispy and a good portion.“

“It's a national chain, but they make a good sub that's the perfect size for lunch and reasonably priced. They have a good selection, and the service was quick and friendly. It's a great option when you're looking for a quick, satisfying meal.“

“White Castle is my favorite fast food and this is the best one I've been to. Used the app with drive thru pickup and had no issues. All the food came out well, fried properly, packaged clean.. They got my large order correct and staff was really friendly.“

“We stopped by for a quick bite a couple Saturdays ago. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible. Indian food can be heavy but not this place. The owner and employee were so nice. Even though they were closing he let us sit and eat in the dining area. We had the garbanzo bean rice bowl, chicken tikka wrap and a breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend!!!“

“Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

“This was probably the CLEANEST fast food location I've ever been to. The bathroom, the counters, and the dining areas are spotless. And the bathroom didn't smell bad either. I had to come on here and write the review because of how impressed I was. My order was also fully correct. I usually make changes to my burger and they got everything right. I even placed my order through the app and it was ready before I even got to the restaurant (7 minute timeframe). The manager must be running the place like it's the Navy. On this visit I ordered the Brisket sandwich combo meal .it was served fresh made and quickly. It tasted great !
The seating area was very clean as was the Ladies room .

“My first visit to 5 Guys! The burger was amazing; perfectly cooked and just the right amount of toppings. And of course - the fries! I had been 'warned' about how addictive they were. And people weren't lying! Perfectly cooked, skin-on, crisp outside, tender inside. And literally 1/2 a large bag of them. The two of us couldn't finish them all.
It is a little pricy for burgers 🍔 - close to $40 for 2 people. Note: don't sit near the door - everytime it opens there is a blast of cold air!“

Communication with constructive feedback when error occurred while immediately implementing the correction for future orders. There was an issues using it but Shaun and Wes were able to solve it in a very professional manner.
