“I went there recently and I got the Hot Fudge sundae, OMG, it was really delicious. It actually tasted like homemade soft serve ice cream that had a lot of chocolate flavoring to it. It’s definitely one of the best ice cream places I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ll definitely be going back there in the future. They even have different flavors of soft serve ice cream tree am, most places only have chocolate, twist and vanilla, but this place doesn’t just have that. I rated my sundae a 10/10“
“A lot of places don't live up to the hype. That is not the case with Surreal. From the second we walked in, we were greeted, and asked if it was our first visit. The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered samples and suggestions. Our customer experience alone was worth the trip. The Thai milk tea was the best I have ever had. I was offered a sample of the taro ice cream (not something I would have ordered on my own) and WOW. It might have been the best ice cream I have had. Needless to say I ordered one. Check it out, my entire family enjoyed their orders too. Absolutely worth the trip.“
“The flavors were terrific! I ended up having terrible diarrhea while enjoying the ice cream, but luckily I was in my car and was able to get home without anyone noticing. This was of no fault of Beenies Ice Cream or staff, I just have really bad lactose intolerance that I refuse to let control my life. I will be back!“
“This place is adorable inside and the ice cream rolls are one of a kind! It's fun to watch the staff create these works of art. They really put in a lot of effort and it's appreciated. My kids were beside themselves. Can't wait to go again! ?“

“It's cool that DD (no, not the donut place, this place) has been around for many years and remains independent and hires local kids. All of these facts are worthy of praise. However, the ice cream is just average. I mean, if you are comparing it the grocery store weekly sale ice cream, sure, it's amazing. But for local ice cream parlor, real-deal ice cream, I think Scoops in Boonton is much better.“
“Had a craving for ice cream/gelato, which for me is rare because I don't have a sweet tooth and had been here once before and really enjoyed it. Went back last night and ordered the Ferrero Rocher flavor gelato and oh my gosh it was delicious. The quality is amazing and I will be back this week for more. I also wanted to mention that I don't review places very often so when I do, it is because it really stood out to me. The store is very clean and I highly recommend to everyone, no matter where you are coming from to get it.“
“I’ve got to say, the best FroYo place around. They have so many flavor options, and so many toppings. Their boba is pretty good. It’s your average boba. I have never tried one of their smoothies, or rolled ice cream. It’s such a popular place with the kids, and it’s also walking distance from the green! I highly recommend.“
“We visited while in the area and found both the food and service to be outstanding. The sushi was very fresh and there are some inventive rolls on the menu. They have several tea options, one of which is the Flower Tea, a beautifully fragrant mix of organic leaves of jasmine, rose, lavender, chamomile and marigold which my daughter and I found to be soothing and totally hit the spot on a chilly rainy night. The owner was accommodating and extremely friendly; she made sure to check on us several times during the meal. Highly recommend!“
“I recently experienced an incredible time at Taylor Ice Cream Parlor . The atmosphere was simply amazing, creating a perfect setting for a delightful evening. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a seamless experience. And let's not forget the star of the show – the ice cream was beyond delicious, making it a memorable treat. Highly recommended for those seeking a combination of a fantastic ambiance, excellent service, and delightful ice cream.“
“I stopped in here for coffee and just had to try a beignet. They smelled amazing, and the one I got was hot, soft, and not overly sweet, despite the glaze. Good stuff! The shop itself has a good amount of seating, and the employee was nice. I'd try more beignets if I wasn't trying to lose weight, LOL.“
“Absolutely worth the price! I am OBSESSED with their hard chocolate ice cream and regularly spend $30-$50 every time I come here. The employees are very friendly and any requests you have they make it happen! Cliffs in the BEST HOMEMADE ICE CREAM IN NEW JERSEY!!“
“This past weekend my husband & I tried this place for the first time through Too Good To Go. We were greeted by a friendly young lady & were asked if we had any allergy restrictions & received our order quickly. The cookies were so soft (even 2 days later)! Definitely would go back again!“
“YOU MUST GO HERE FOR DINNER!!!!!!! Not only is this the only place nearby serving East African food, it is so good that it is akin to food heaven! The staff are incredible! And for dessert you can get amazing homemade ice cream! So please please please do yourself a favor and try the Eritrean food! You will not be disappointed!“
“What a great cookie!!We went around 8:45 pm on a Friday night and they were out of some of the more popular cookies, but the 2 that we got were amazing!!They also sell milk, which is such a great thing when you're eating cookies!!Can't wait to go back and to try some of the other cookies!!“
“Drove by this eatery dozens of times and never stopped. Finally, we decided to pull in and give it a try. Must say, some solid food here. The burgers are amazing and service perfect. Staff extremely great, a must try!! Should of tried much earlier.“
“I had a green tea with boba and it was tasty! I'm not sure if it's standard practice with boba tea shops to select the amount of sugar based on a percentage, but that seemed like a great and consistent way to do it. It would be great for this space to include tables and chairs and be more of a cafe setting. The only other suggestion would be a better gift card/certificate system. I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a friend and I had to pick a drink off the menu for the drink price (instead of buying a cert. for $10 or $20), and it printed a receipt that said "GIFT RECEIPT" on the bottom and it expires in one month! Not a problem for her, but could be for others if your gift expires in one month. Anyway, overall, I like this spot and I'll be back!“
“Love the Lucuma and Passion Fruit flavors, they are my go to from Llama Ice Cream. The server Gaby was friendly and helpful and pretty quick in taking my order.I do think there should be more than one person working in the early afternoon on a Saturday because there was a line which made me order less so that other people could order in a timely fashion.“
“Delicious homemade ice-cream! Great selection of flavors. Staff is welcoming and attentive, customer service is good. I am often visiting this place and like it so much! Prices are little bit high but it is worth it. Great location, highly recommended.“
“Very good! I got a small cone of the pistachio gelato. It was pricy but the portion was respectable and the flavor was great.I am not picky about pistachio flavor - I love cheap artificial pistachio flavor just as much as authentic pistachio flavor. But I have to give credit, this was proper pistachio. I also liked that the pistachio pieces were small. I prefer small pieces to whole pistachios.I am looking forward to going back and trying other flavors!“
“I ordered chocolate marshmallow ice cream with Oreos on top. Overall, it was a decent ice cream. I was a little disappointed it was not homemade, and they get all of it from Hershey. I originally asked for peanut butter sauce as a topping and they did not have that, which disappointed me. I ordered a small and the portion was generous, so I was pretty happy. I would go back if i was in walking distance, but definety would not drive to come back again.“
“This storefront location is home to many delicious flavors making it challenging to choose. The young staff works hard, is often perky but perhaps would profit from a bit more training. Staff scoops remains of one container onto the fresh one; the leftovers are unattractive and we try to avoid those flavors . Best coffee and chocolate around..glorious cherry vanilla.“
“Forget the rest, Rita's Italian Ice reigns supreme in the world of refreshing, flavorful treats. Here's why Rita's blows the competition away:Flavor Frenzy: Walk into a Rita's and you're hit with a wave of mouthwatering options. They have a ridiculous (in the best way) variety of flavors, from classic mango and cherry to out-there picks like cotton candy watermelon. Plus, they rotate seasonal flavors, so there's always something new to try.Real Fruit Fusion: Unlike some Italian ices that taste vaguely fruity, Rita's packs a punch of real fruit flavor. You can practically taste the sunshine in every single bite.Texture that Tantalizes: Rita's Italian ice is unlike anything else. It's smooth and creamy, but with a delightful, light, and refreshing texture. It's the perfect balance between icy cool-down and flavor explosion. The Custard Combo: Rita's doesn't stop at just Italian ice. They offer delicious frozen custard, and the combo of the two, their signature Gelati, is pure magic. Creamy custard cools down the vibrant ice, creating a textural and taste bud party.Sweet for Every Sweet Tooth: With so many flavors and portion options, Rita's caters to everyone. Want a full-on brain freeze? Grab a large cup. Craving a lighter treat? They have sugar-free options too.Sure, you might find Italian ice elsewhere, but Rita's takes it to a whole new level. It's a delicious experience that keeps you coming back for more. So next time you're craving a cool treat, skip the generic and head to Rita's. Your taste buds will thank you.“
“Who doesn't love a good hot dog? This former Stewart's location in Denville, now known as Denville Dog & Grill, brings back some welcome nostalgia with its outside ordering, outside tables, and delicious hot dogs! I ordered one dog with onions and sauerkraut, and the other a chill cheese dog. The chili cheese dog was the better choice...delicious and the chili had a real kick to it. To top it off, they still serve Stewart's root beer! It was a beautiful day so it was fun sitting outside. Service was very friendly. Big parking lot. Fun choice!“
“Great ice cream shop. Homemade ice cream with nice variety of flavors. Staff was incredibly friendly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in serving my son who has a nut allergy. Establishment was very clean and appealing. Portions generous. I would definitely bring the family back for more.“
“My sister and I went to this location for lunch and while the food is good, the chairs are absolutely HORRIBLE if you’re dining in.We had ordered our food on an iPad, took a number and sat at a table. The food took about 10 minutes and a “server” took it to our table. About 15 minutes later she actually came back to check in and ask how everything was which was surprising but really a nice touch. The cheese fries are so good and were crispy. The single burger was a bit salty but honestly very flavorful and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. My sister said her cookies and cream shake was really good too - overall our meal was good but expensive, $40 for 2 cheese fries, 2 single burgers, a coke, and a milkshake. My only complaint was the chairs - absolutely horrendous. Prepare for your back to hurt (just look at the angle of the seat, who designed those?) it’s almost like they were designed so you eat quick and get out.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building and handicap parking off to the side“
“Saw this when driving down 15 the other day I knew I had to stop by. Food: the police has an amazing assortment of cakes, churros, and unique flavors of seasonal ice cream and seasonal lattes. I am not a coffee drinker, however, some of the flavors did sound very good. I ended up getting a caramel apple pie ice cream, which had small apple pieces in it, and my wife got Cookie Monster ice cream, which tasted just like you were biting into a cookie. Aesthetic: very cute, small shop with a bakery-esque feel. A lot of self-serve fridges which were stocked. Definitely a cute spot to go in the summer! Service: very polite and nice haha“
