Saw this when driving down 15 the other day I knew I had to stop by. Food: the police has an amazing assortment of cakes, churros, and unique flavors of seasonal ice cream and seasonal lattes. I am not a coffee drinker, however, some of the flavors did sound very good. I ended up getting a caramel apple pie ice cream, which had small apple pieces in it, and my wife got Cookie Monster ice cream, which tasted just like you were biting into a cookie.
