“I really like this restaurant. I like to sit at the tables and seats next to the windows where I can see everything that happens in the corner...the waitresses are very friendly and the service is fast. The coffee is always fresh. I really enjoy the simplicity of the place, without culinary pretensions, Mexican food for Mexicans, simple and delicious in my opinion, without DRAMA (by the way, I'm Colombian). The prices are definitely very reasonable.
One star reviews are a joke! What are you expecting to find all these 'Drama queens' and 'Karens' in a small traditional Mexican restaurant in Dover NJ? The people are definitely toast!“

She not only scolded us but continued to talk crap and point us out to the other employees. We love the beer and the place but can’t understand why this happened when half the other tables were empty at the point she made a big fuss about it. Definitely not a chill brewery like we’re used to.“

“Tonight me and my fiancé ordered dinner from here. I got wonton soup because i wasn't that hungry and ended up eating the whole container. Hands down the BEST wonton soup I’ve ever had. I even called to compliment them, and i don’t think I’ve ever done that. It was that good. My fiancé also said he agrees it’s the best Chinese food he’s ever had.“

“Holy moly……. The food here is phenomenal, ambience is perfect, service is 💯. The gentleman at the front counter making the food and serving is passionate and a true artist with food. I added a picture, wanted to share it before I bit into it, but the aroma, taste, and texture was 🔥!! I had the cheesesteak pizza- of all the speciality slices I’ve had in many years- this was the best one.

I drove 30 minutes back here because it’s the best!! Support local!

“Yum!! We came here for lunch for the first time and we're greeted by such friendly staff! They quickly got us to a table and served us drinks.
The menu was nice and long and had so many delicious options! Our food came super fast and was incredible. The appetizer was a larger portion than I've seen and was piping hot! We also had the coconut curry fried rice and pad thai, both super tasty and rich.

Our table was visited a ton which was nice for drink refills.

Simple dish, but it's smell and taste were through the roof perfection. Three warm savory corn tortillas for each and each delectable. My favorite was the shrimp and scallops, my husband’s couldn’t get enough of the prime rib! Jonathan and his team took such great care of us. He was so attentive. I have no idea how he remembered what everyone was drinking because we were getting up and mingling, but he managed to make sure everyone had a drink in their hand. Being next to the pizza oven when it was below freezing made it so cozy! I would absolutely recommend Cinders; a great time was had by all.“
