I love Fattys but there’s one issue: the guys at night shift are so polite, friendly guys and fast service but the girl that was there day time is totally the opposite. So, don’t come at day time, you will be very disappointed, sorry!

Pretty disappointed, for over $8 you should at least get a decent sandwich. I ordered the half fat jack goff and it was more roll than anything else. There was about a single chicken finger’s worth of meat, a strip of bacon and a half scoop of Mac and cheese, and twice as much bread as necessary compared to the contents. Giving a second star for the solid milkshake; should have skipped the sandwich... if this is the standard experience I’m 1 and done on this place...

Way more roll than filling ( fattys cheesesteak) Whole at $10 left 2.5 inches on either end with no meat or onions, peppers etc. dissatisfied. Steak Ums at best. 8/8/20

I always have to wait 1 hour for my food to be delivered . Fattys does not have good quality food. Fattys use cheap bread and cheap meats. Their food is way over priced. Their hamburgers are terrible.

Decided I would support a local business for lunch during the pandemic. I ordered a large cheesesteak (no mushrooms) with Mac and cheese for take out. I was the only person in the place, and they still put mushrooms on it. The sandwich was mostly bread and peppers/onions with little to no meat. I was under the impression that, as the name “cheesesteak” indicates, it would mostly be meat and cheese. Moreover, the mac n cheese was neon yellow with no real flavor or real cheese, for that matter. All for $15.

Placed an order online that was declined, but my credit card was charged. When I called the employee was dismissive and nasty and told me there was nothing he could do Abbott it and to call my credit card company in 3-5 days. I will never attempt to order for this business again.
