LOVE LOVE LOOOVEEE their sushi!!!! really long waiting time but super worth it! I always come here with my boyfriend and my best friend I love the hostess shes super nice and I always have the same server she has glasses im not sure what her name is but shes such a nice server <3! food is amazing I fell in love with ju ichi
the seating can be pretty awkward though.. but I dont mind

I was in the area for an appointment and figured I would spend some time eating somewhere in Morristown, and felt like Japanese food, so I stopped in at Ju-Ichi. This place is phenomenal. I knew I was in for a treat the second I stepped in, my server was incredibly attentive and kind. The service is really 11/10.

I ordered the sushi and sashimi lunch special, and it was a lot of food! I didn't finish it all, but that is not to say anything about the quality....

Third time eating here. Consistent experiences! Each of the dishes’ presentations themselves are akin to fine dining quality. The perfectly soupy curry udon stews , sushi specials , teeny tiny fine veggie garnish sizes, not too salty, not too saucy, not too spicy, all the flavors make sense together in a dish.
