The pretzels and dips/sauces are absolutely delicious but in all honesty, I'd keep coming back here just because of the owner even if the food was terrible. He is extraordinarily kind and last time I was there he was giving a bunch of kids a tour of how the pretzels are made. And they were actually paying attention and involved - speaks volume about the owner and his products. Well freaking done sir, we all appreciate how you do business 👏👏👏
We just ordered a founders box this past weekend and even our company recognized the huge difference in taste and texture of the pretzels since the new owners have taken over! We are huge patrons of the pretzel factory and are so thrilled to see what has already been done. Prices are far more reasonable, the atmosphere is upbeat and positive, and most importantly, the pretzels are back to being top notch quality.
