We just ordered a founders box this past weekend and even our company recognized the huge difference in taste and texture of the pretzels since the new owners have taken over! We are huge patrons of the pretzel factory and are so thrilled to see what has already been done. Prices are far more reasonable, the atmosphere is upbeat and positive, and most importantly, the pretzels are back to being top notch quality. What an awesome spot in Morristown!! My husband and I use Morristown Philly Pretzel for both our small weekly treat and our large catering orders for events. The pretzel dog & the cinnamon rivets are our favorites! The quality is there every time and the customer service is even better!! Michael, Terry and their team are the best of the best!
