The bowls are always amazing… the customer service or lack there of really shows in this location. These girls are so young and so rude and have no social skills, I cannot emphasize this enough. They all act the same, they are all so rude for no reason! They stare blankly at you and I’m sorry but they can’t form sentences. It’s weird! I felt this way several times and had no issues with my order until one day recently. A new bowl is supposed to come with Nutella drizzle and a chocolate shell. The bowl had no Nutella drizzle and this bowl was $17 so yes I politely and very nicely asked for the drizzle that was supposed to come with it. The one girl wouldn’t even acknowledge I was standing there with my bowl and then when I asked she rolled her eyes at me and her and the other girl made comments about me and started laughing. The one girl said no it doesn’t come with drizzle. I show her the menu and how it states it comes with drizzle again very nicely and she didn’t say a word put drizzle on my bowl and handed it back to me with SUCH AN ATTITUDE. I don’t know what is wrong with all of these girls cause they all act the same way. Absolutely horrible customer service. A few other people have also made this comment. I no longer will be coming to this location!

I had an amazing experience at Playa Bowls and had to give it 5 stars, especially because of the service. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and smooth, but what really stood out was one employee in particular—Chloe Dolan.
Chloe was seriously awesome. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience way better. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she’s doing. She had a great attitude, was quick with everything, and made sure my order was perfect.
It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out like that, and Chloe definitely made a big impression. Because of her, I’ll 100% be coming back. If you go to Playa Bowls, I hope you get served by Chloe—you won’t be disappointed.

got their Tropical Acai Bowl, a strawberry banana and my favorite of the three, their new Coconut madness Matcha! it was like eating ice cream with sweet mangoes and fresh strawberries! i cleaned that bowl right up lol
inside was clean and had a nice summer vibe. Parking is of course tricky but luckily its close to a parking garage. Overall a wonderful visit and definitely a nice sweet treat minus the guilt!! lol

During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and helpful with navigating the menu. The Dragonberry Bowl with Kale instead of Honey, tastes scrumptious (the contrast between the Kale and other ingredients really brings out the sweeter flavors to a less sharp capacity). After a few bites beyond finishing the Kale, I reserve the rest of the Dragonberry Bowl for future protein smoothies, one of which I make as soon as arriving to my living quarters. The Dragonberry Bowl alone seems like a snack I prefer sharing on a day with warmer temperature weather, otherwise, I find the ingredients suitable for protein smoothies. Keep in mind, one may check to add protein to the Dragonberry Bowl at the establishment. The interior decorating is chill, offering somewhat tiki-on-a-boardwalk vibes even with the brighter lighting. The establishment accepts different forms of payment.
Popped in here for a Yelp event, and they were generous with the mango and toppings, though some of the fruit was still frozen. Mango bowl was delicious, a great alternative to the dragonfruit or acai bowls.
The summer Bahama vibe inside with decor and style. Parking is street or muni lot.

Our bowls were nicely frozen and creamy (not watery) and were well made and delicious. The space was spotless, so clean, even the bathroom. I can tell the conscientiousness of the employees by how clean the place was, how polite they were and how well the bowls tasted and were made. This was the best experience of all the playa bowls I've been to, and I've been to a lot of different locations.

My experience at this location was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, quickly preparing my order. I got a coco bowl (acai bowl) this time, and it was delicious. The sitting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this spot for healthy options in Morristown. It's definitely one of the best.
