Roots is one of the best steakhouse I've eaten at. The portion are plentiful, especially for the price. The menu is vast, and you'll be able to find something tasty even if you don't eat steak or beef. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can tell they love to serve their clients.

Serving steak too rare is a problem. I understand some people like super rare but regular folks blue is raw. Have servers ready to tell patrons the scale here is RARE. If you want medium order medium well done and the steak near the bone is super red, too much raw is not a good thing. Just let people know everything is cooked blue to bright RED steak and hope you can have this adjustment made because sending it back is typically not advised.
