The Tofu Banh mi #12 was great - super flavorful. The lemongrass tofu has a curry flavor too - very filling. Not very spicy - you can ask for siracha on the side. The place is more of a grab and go, with 4 tables for 1-2 at each. Hard to find seating during lunch time but definitely worth a go!
Saigon Subs is one of the few places left around Morristown with a real sense of value for your dollar, attentive service, and quality food. The S9 Banh Mi is a favorite and the desserts and bubble tea always balance things out perfectly. The food is colorful, fresh, and flavorful time after time.
