Swiss Chalet Reviews
I just bought a cake yesterday, it was a Black Forest cake, when I got home and we cut the cake it was an old cake, very dry even the chocolate shavings were so dry, old chocolate, very disappointing. You’ll think your are paying a good amount of money for a little cake you are getting a fresh cake.
Wonderful place to meet, enjoy a healthy meal and a good conversation. Owner is a great restaurateur, and staff is friendly and helpful.
Received a small, wrapped tray of Swiss Chalet cookies from a friend this afternoon. Sorry to say the cookies were rancid. Tasted stale, oily and did not remotely resemble butter cookies. Tossed the entire tray of cookies would not purchase anything from here again.

Customers often praise the breakfast sandwiches, which come with home fries that are absolutely delicious. The polite and helpful staff create a welcoming ambience, making every visit a pleasant experience. Desserts like cheesecakes and the tiramisu cake are highly recommended, showcasing the high-quality ingredients used in everything they make. The bakery offers a wide range of pastries and cookies that are phenomenal, alongside good coffee and savory food options for lunch or a quick bite. The prices are definitely high, reflecting its status as a locally owned bakery. The actual bakery is huge, with plenty of cafe seating and a large case filled with treats. Customers have noted that the ordering layout can be tricky, as it may be unclear where to stand if not ordering bakery items. For those interested in gluten-free options, the bakery has several cupcakes, cookies, and muffins, but customers should be cautious about cross-contamination. Overall, Swiss Chalet Bakery & Cafe continues to impress with its delicious offerings and friendly service, making it a favorite spot for many.
