despite waiting for food on a very busy night, no problem at all i understand. chris was very nice. a very sweet guy with great customer service skills. his friend in the kitchen however with black hair was not as friendly and talking about me in spanish in front of me while i fully understand. lol. anyways. thanks chris you made our experience better.
Every single time without fail they have messed my order up. I will either have an item forgotten or just get a completely different order. I rush to get this during my lunch break sometimes and it is so disappointing. I do not understand how it is this difficult to just hand the customer what they order. I will oftentimes receive an item that is completely different from what I said or what is even on the bag.
Tasty as always but served barely above room temperature.
