I haven’t even tried the food yet, but the service was top-notch.We waited in a line over an hour and a half, which is a great thing meaning good food. We brought our dog not thinking it would be such a long line. One of the ladies working saw him and made him steak. Honestly that made the whole trip before we even ate.
My food finally came out and the sauces were a bit messed up, but immediately the owner went to fix it and grab me a new one AND sent me home with the wrong order as an extra.
Now that we have tried it, steak and fries, it is amazing! We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the cheesesteaks!

The Patacon burger 🍔 was very good but the fries were a little plain. And unfortunately I also ordered the Colonia mix but the young lady @ the register got my order wrong and gave me loaded steak fries.

My daughter wanted to try Colonial grill, so today I brought her over so that she could try the steak and fries and she loved it. steak nice and tender, nice crispy fries and lots of wonderful and tasty sauces, you can definitely taste the good quality of the meat they use. Very friendly and kind people make you feel like family, right after we placed our order a complementary side of fries were given to us with that wonderful green sauce they have, also were handle cold water while we waited for our food, thats a nice touch that creates an automatic great impression. You can sense the nice and positive vive the team has over there, you can taste the love that they put on the dishes they recreate in the back. Keep up the great work, you guys have earned a steady costumer right here!

My boyfriend and I have been seeing this food truck all over social media and decided to give it a try. It was definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive. The food was fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service was fast, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The owner took the time to talk with us, thank us for our time, and he gave us a free sample while waiting in line. He definitely made us feel appreciated as customers. It is very clear they take pride in their food and customer service. Came in for the steak and fries, Philly cheesesteak, and maduros — everything was delicious. Fast service, great food, and the owners are genuinely good people. This place is the real deal. Highly recommend!
Food was delicious. Well prepared and distinctive enough that you’ll not be sorry you waited in line for it. Portions were above average and well appreciated. We purchased the chicken and steak. Both seasoned and prepared that were very tasty. Will certainly return again.
Absolutely amazing meal and customer service!! The steak and fries portion was insane for the price! Went hungry and could barely get to the fries as the steak was plentiful and delicious! I’m a sucker for sweet plantains and those hit the spot too!
The line was long but don’t let it stop you! Waited around 45 minutes in line at noon but was served pretty fast after I ordered. Both the father and son owners and the cashier were incredibly kind and welcoming.
Sadly I live in NY so it’s not close by but I already can’t wait to go back. Hardest decision will be whether to get the steak and fries or the burger either way the plantain bun.

Staff was absolutely incredible. It was my first time and I showed up around 11:30 and there was already a line of about 7 people. Staff was very friendly and transparent about when I asked for a rare cooked steak fries saying there's been some complaints, but the chef was so kind to give me a sample of the meat to see if I'd enjoy it rare, and I was satisfied in my decision for sure! Absolutely delicious and huge bang for buck, hoping to come back again before grad school!

Everything from the quality of the food to the service exceeded expectations. Despite the line of people waiting, everything flowed smoothly and the wait for food was surprisingly quick. The staff was awesome, the atmosphere was great, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I truly hope this business continues to flourish because they deserve it.
