Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

😀 Great food and outstanding service, any time of day! I have been eating there regularly for years and it never gets old! Like eating at granma's house.

Changed the menu and prices. Done

Had the cinnamon French Toast. Was outstanding.

Amazing staff and make sure if dining in you try and sit with Sam. Amazing server and great energy+very attentive.

Excellent and cozy atmosphere. I love having breakfast near the fireplace. Excellent service and a varied menu for all tastes. My breakfasts are healthy and I often return.

The service was good today and the food was fine. Of course it’s never as good as I remember from years ago.
The part that I did not like at all was my shopping experience. The manager, a woman dressed in red, was loud and obnoxious. She was calling to other employees while people were shopping.As I was walking around shopping, she was speaking to one of the other employees and gave them the finger!! I couldn’t believe it!! I knew it was meant in jest however, her behavior was very unprofessional. Her yelling through the store and giving the finger to the other employee made me want to leave as soon as possible. Very disappointed in the store.

I ordered food for Thanksgiving. Did not receive what I expected. The male manager I spoke to was very unprofessional, rude, and disheartening. I try to explain to him my concern, he just brushed me off and hung up the phone. I will NEVER come back to that Cracker Barrel again. I was very disappointed.

Service had attitude and took forever with our food which was wrong and not what we ordered. When we asked her for the correct meal, she wanted to charge us again. My eggs were cold by the time my toast came out..waitress said they only have one toaster for the entire restaurant. She then microwaved my eggs so they were a little warm. Bad attitude and cold or incorrect breakfast. Won't be back... except to shop. Love their store.
