As always, we enjoyed dining at Cracker Barrel, and it is our go-to place when out on day trips, for the atmosphere is quite appealing and the staff members are friendly. The only critique we would mention is that on more than a few occasions, the very young new employees lack the genuine smile and sense of caring as do the older members. My family comes from the restaurant business, and warm smiles have been the greatest attraction for patrons.

We hadn't been here for about 5 years, arrived at 12:45 and were seated immediately. We then waited 15 minutes, no waiter or waitress, no one came to our table at all, so we left. The restaurant wasn't full, some empty tables. This was a 35 mile ride for us, a waste of time.

I always enjoy my visits to Cracker Barrel. Their pancakes are delicious, and I love the cute little bottles of pure maple syrup. I recently tried their chicken and French toast – what a delightful combination! It's a great alternative to chicken and waffles. The service here is consistently friendly, and the overall experience is always pleasant.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! OSHA NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THIS PLACE!!! VERY DIRTY, HAIR IN FOOD, WAITED OVER AN HOUR ONCE WE GOT SEATED. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN ASAP. HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

We came at 8pm with a party of 9 and were greeted & seated promptly. Service was excellent and food was delicious and they weren’t out of the meatloaf which many times they are, so we were happy! One thing was that we were only given biscuits and not cornbread. Our server was attentive and took very good care of us!

Horrible!!!! The worst cracker barrel we've been to. The food was oversalted, the waitress was very unpleasant and rude. I always like to stop at different locations of the cracker barrel when we are on the road, and it was always a very good experience, but not at this location. Avoid!!!!!

The food at this one was bad. The people were nice but it takes a bit of time to get your food. I HAVE BEEN TO BETTER CRACKER BARRELS.

We went here around 7:15 on a Friday night. The restaurant was maybe half full. We waited forever on everything. And one item that was ordered was never even brought to our table. No sense of urgency. No offer to compensate for the many mistakes made on our meals & long wait time. Plus one of my pancakes tasted a little burnt. The caramel latte didn't taste much like caramel. Not a good visit to the restaurant at all! The best part of our visit that night was on the store side. A sales associate named Emir was extremely helpful & pleasant.Parking: Handicapped spots in front of restaurant.
