Frank's Pizza (Mt. Arlington)

Stopped for a quick Friday lunch. 2 slices of cheese pizza and a can of soda were a good deal. Pizza was served hot, soda was cold, and staff were nice. Wish we had more time to try some of the other items they offered in the long list of specials.

The last time I Placed a delivery order it took almost an hour and a Half. You comped Our meal, which I very much appreciated. So like I have for years I decided to order again today. I placed my order at 3:05 PM. Certainly not a busy time of day. I guess either you or your delivery driver are passive aggressive and punishing us for being upset that a pizza and two sandwiches took over an hour to be delivered five minutes away and it takes maybe a half an hour to make those things. We were loyal customers, we ordered often, that won’t be happening anymore.

After giving several chances and being a loyal customer for many years, we’re done with this place. They don’t care about their customers that’s clear and I don’t need to deal with the passive aggressive business that punishes people who pay them. It’s a shame we went there for years.

Holy crap this pizza is awesome! Fair priced and we didn’t even realize till we got in the car that the guy threw in an extra slice free. Highly recommend

Excellent service! The food is wonderful as always! Love the atmosphere feels like a family and the staff are super nice and welcoming! Definitely recommend dining here!

I love this place. I practically grew up here eating out with my family every Friday night. The pizza is the best in town and the workers are always friendly. During corona while other pizza places scoffed at the idea of dropping off a pizza in a trunk and taking the money they said it was a ok with them. They go out of their way to take care of you. Really great people and great pizza I'll always be a customer.

I ordered buffalo wings but I couldn’t eat them. They were overcooked and very very dry. I love this place but it’s not a first time the buffalo wings were overcooked.

To the owner, I live in the area and go to the dollar tree all the time so I finally stopped by with my daughter to get a slice of pizza. It was suppose to be a nice night out with my 11 year old. The staff there that night were so rude and childish really, I just felt super uncomfortable. The point is the service was poor and you can do something about that if you care about your business. Don't let staff feel like they can treat your customers anyway they want if you don't want to lose money. I actually thought the pizza would be okay if it cost $2, but I paid 14 for two slices and a drink. I will not go back.

Stopped in today for pizza. The waitress was very helpful and welcoming. She made sure we were happy with our order and gave us excellent service.
