Everything on their menu is really good. I eat here everyday and have not had a bad meal yet. Their chicken is fried fresh for order and their tenders are massive. Everybody in there is friendly real helpful. They have over 20 different flavor bagels that are made fresh daily. They open early and stay open late and have pretty much anything else you could want.

The taller guy that works behind counter is okay, but the shorter, younger guy that wears scarf over his hair, has bad attitude and is unprofessional. One day I was running late to work, so I had to leave before placing an order with him. From that point on, whenever I come in there, he won’t acknowledge me, even with my wallet out and money in my hand. Other customers will come in behind me, and he’ll take them, like I’m not even standing there. And I was a loyal customer going there an average of 3 days out of every 10 days. No I’m afraid that he may spit in my food or something if I force issue make him serve me, so I’m gonna stop going to this place. It’s sad because I live right down the street, lol
Waited 20 mins to find out they completely got my order wrong they charged me for food I didn't order I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese and two hash browns and they gave me 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwichs with no hash browns the cook seems like he didn't really care about his job multiple people in the store while I was there and nobody was happy with the service or food definitely won't be going back

I ordered a Rueben and I got 2 pieces of rye with overcooked pastrami no sauerkraut and barely any Russian dressing. I won't ever order again.
