It's decent. The food is decent, the people are great but the constant wait is discouraging. Inside or drive-through is and has been treacherous for about 2 years. Hire some folks because the location of the facility is prime real estate. Having extended wait periods keeps return customers away.

I ordered thru the drive thru, the employee was very polite and friendly as well as professional. Everything was cooked as ordered and to the quality expected from Burger King

Wish I could do zero stars. A group of 6 walked in for lunch today, and one of the workers threw up her hands and screamed that she wasn't doing this today( meaning cook for all those people. Needless to say, went somewhere else

Maybe if the didn't spend their shift getting high they wouldn't mess the order every single time. My orders are simple. Cheeseburger, only ketchup. Always end up with pickles. How do you mess up when you never have customers and never busy. They need to just shut this place down.

Went in there today just around 4:30. One guy behind the counter texting and listening to loud music. He couldn’t take my order correctly, called someone. Two guys, one I would assume was a manager came from outside, reeking Of weed. I know it’s not brain surgery to work there but maybe they could stay straight for the shift. Keep up the bad work, smoke more weed, be more unprofessional.

Husband just went and 2 items out of a over $50 order was correct! I have had it with these people! What is the point! I was on speaker and my husband ordered my sandwich dry(he said it 2x and said no mayo , no ketchup) and the guy repeated it. Of course my bacon king had mayo and ketchup! We ordered 2 large meals and 1 medium meal we received 2 medium drinks and fries and 1 large fry and drink. Then the mozzarella sticks and the cheeseburger were missing! Do not waste your time or money! If something is missing they want you to drive all the way back and only give you what’s missing & not fix what’s made wrong, while the rest of your food is COLD! On top of that they’re very rude and act like you did something wrong! So unless you want to pay for whatever they feel like giving you and nothing that you ordered avoid this place like the plague! And then on top of everything they don’t answer the phone and the lights are out! They look like they’re having a hang out with their friends and wanted to look like they were closed! Absolutely ridiculous! HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE AND RUDE WORKERS!!!!
The drive through guy was great… and that’s where it stopped, the owner of this BK obviously doesn’t care about his restaurant at all. Corporate should step in and fix it up along with fixing the quality issues.

As soon as I got my whopper I started pulling away and saw the 3 guys working in there start laughing hysterically. Hopefully had nothing to do with me but it was not very reassuring. Opened my whopper and it was pretty bad. No sesame seeds. Not sure what that's about. Ketchup on the outside of the bun. Patty was permanently bent showing that it was sitting there for a long time before it was used. Thrown together mess. There were no customers to be found besides me. Thought it was shut down at first. Should have checked Yelp review first.

Ordered a coke, cheeseburger, and fries from the drive thru. The coke was room temp and had no ice. The cheeseburger was just a patty with the bun and nothing else. Wasn’t worth my time to take it back. Save yourself your money.

The 541 Burger King drive thru is so slow in service when it's not even busy. Their milk shake machine is always out of order. Went there last night because i was desperate for a fish sandwich and the place was closed. No sign. I hope they're closed for good. McDonald's is so much better

We all know BK. The reason for 4 stars is an employee who went out of her way for us! We returned the favor by sharing local knowledge she was not aware of. Unfortunately we're so busy talking on neglected to get her name. You know who you are :-)
