We had the best first visit this past Sunday. The sweetest barista helped us, and i’m kicking myself for not being able to recall her name.
She was kind, patient, friendly and super hospitable. She didn’t mind helping me figure out the menu, and/or what to order. Even making suggestions based on our personal preferences for drinks. My kiddo loved the cozy seating area, too! I wish I could share photos, everything was delicious. Will return!

The photo doesn't look like anything what the Colonial Cafe looks like. The photo looks 100% better than the actual shop just to start with. I think they grind fresh coffee beans, and the coffee was good. The baked goods looked unappealing. The hot chocolate was the "Great Value" brand (the big can was prominent behind the counter). The place is in great need of housekeeping and cleaning. Even a quick vacuum of the rugs in the indoor seating areas before or after closing should be manageable, as well as going over the restrooms to make sure they are cleaned and stocked. My friend had to use it before and after we met up and mentioned the need for "housecleaning" in it. And it's just my preference, but sitting on upholstery furniture is a no-go, especially when the place already needs a good cleaning. My friend and I sat in wood chairs instead, and when I got up to leave, my pants were sticking to the chair. The staff were friendly. When we left we agreed there wasn't any need to return.

My fiancé and I LOVE this place! The owner is super chill and had our orders memorized when we were dropping by regularly on my way to work in the mornings. The coffee is amazing, and the variety of syrups you can get in your latte is unparalleled! I highly recommend trying a rose latte, it's my favorite with their house coffee blend!

Honestly one of the best cafes I've ever been too. Coffee was great, they do a seasonal menu on top of a stellar regular menu. The coffee flight was perfect for a little of this and a little of that. They have local art on the walls, separate rooms with tasteful movie art and even a record player! Shout out to Maria for making our experience so great!

I work in insurance and I went in to hand a quote to the business owner and all I can really say is Wow! The set up inside is so nice, there were people working there but it was not like other coffee shops I have been to, it wasn’t loud it peaceful and the set up was great looking. The cold brew was good as well!!
