The waitress, Nelly was especially great. She was pleasant and very accommodating.

I order grilled chicken tenders & they were burnt to a crisp, they were completely black. Also, when I brought them back was told this is how they r always severed. Well, I just shook my head then asked if they would eat them. Needless to say I got no reply but did get my money back.

Please don’t order Heat and Serve! I had it today for Thanksgiving and it ruined my whole day I waited 1 hour and a half for the food to be done heating just for it to come out like hot garbage. The Mac and cheese was watery, the Turkey tasted like dog food, the cornbread was flavorless, the sweet potatoes was nasty, the green beans tasted like it came straight from the can and the stuffing was dry.

Food tastes good but was room temperature at best, service was so so, food came out in increments so you were half way done your meal when your side would come out. Had to ask the waitress over and over again for things. Won't return.

I am by no means a new customer to Cracker Barrel. I had confidence that my boyfriend and I would enjoy a nice meal here. boy, we were wrong!
when my waitor brought out my country fried steak, I couldn't believe the amount of grease that was lying on top of my steak. he placed it in front of me and refused the plate of food. no gravy was on my steak but plenty of grease. i lost my appetite after seeing my food. I ate my side salad for dinner. I will not ever return my business to them again.

Typical Cracker Barrel. Long wait times to get seated, overly cramped entryway/sales floor, good food, and friendly staff. The exit onto the road here was a bit rough with a blind corner close to the parking lot, but otherwise a good location.
