Dunkin'

I went through the drive thru. A lady was taking my order. I ordered 2 medium iced lattes with caramel and 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants. While ordering my food I noticed my total was high and I saw on the screen that they added a bagel to my order. I told her about this and then a man quickly interrupted us and said that , the display was from the previous order. Which was clearly a lie because I watched the order update as I spoke. I then asked for my actual total and he said he’d tell me at window. When I got to the window the original woman was holding my bag and repeated my order back to me. I messed up and handed them my card while asking for my total instead of waiting to hear it. It was $31 and I told the lady to remove one of the sandwiches but she told me it was already done and swiped my card quickly. I was visibly upset and she tried to hurry me off with no receipt. I asked for it and was shoo’d away. They over charged me for $5 caramel. The worst part is they DIDN’T even add any caramel to our drinks. Be careful these people are SCAMMERS. If only I wasn’t in a rush.

Bad service

Moved to this area a few months ago and love the coffee. The sandwiches not so much. I recently got a sandwich with bacon and the bacon was not cooked barely at all. Bought a sandwich this morning and asked them to make sure bacon was cooked. Not cooked!!! Almost raw!! Should not be this way, especially after asking to make sure it's a certain way. Will not buy a sandwich there again.

I have been coming to this dunkin for over two years now. Overall, the staff is pretty friendly with the exception of a couple experiences I’ve had. I will say that they need to be more careful with handling money/cards. I’ve had at least 3-4 experiences where I get either the wrong change back, no change, or they didn’t give me my card back, making it so I have to go back.

Absolutely awful. Gave us stale donuts and a greasy egg and cheese wrap covered in burnt char. No apologies after I brought it back in the store. Will never return to this location

It's a fine Dunkin, just fine.. EXCEPT THEIR COOKIE BUTTER FILLED DONUT OMG!!!!!!!!!

Not polite at all. No greeting at the window. The cold brew tasted like tea and the latte was mostly milk. A large latte should have 2 shots, mine had 1.

This morning, I ordered a dozen donuts, and the stupid Indian didn't give me the correct ? I asked for. I believe he is incompetent because he doesn't understand what he's doing. They need to get rid of him or put someone in his place who is completely competent. It’s so unsettling when you don’t have the time to waste and run back to correct the situation for stupidity when people should know what the hell they are doing. “Very unprofessional and disappointed customer.” You segregated Indians, racist. Another thing: “why is there no diversity in any of the Dunkin’ Donuts franchises?” Because quite frankly, all of you are incompetent and nasty people.
