Please do not waist your hard earned money here. Coffee is not properly prepared… tastes as if only using half the recommended portions. Bagels are at least a day in old. The employees consistently do not listen to orders and they are prepared completely wrong. The other locations in the area do a much better job.

Had to order through the drive through and ordered an iced green tea with sugar. The guy made the drink and all the sugar was sitting at the bottom because he added it after cooling the drink so I tasted like garbage which is exactly where it went...

Yesterday my partner and I went through the drive thru and ordered one iced coffee. When we got to the window I noticed she had a hot coffee in her hand so we let her know that we actually asked for an iced coffee-which isn’t a big deal, I wasn’t angry about it I was just letting her know. Well she immediately looked extremely pissed and angrily told us that she repeated the order back to us at the drive thru speaker and we didn’t correct her. Now here’s the thing, when you’re talking through a speaker while having a heavy accent, I may not fully catch what you said, and I don’t understand how you can be mad at me for something like that? it was 6pm there was nobody there except us. She made the situation tense for one little thing. And then when she went to hand my husband his change back, she tried making him reach all the way out the window to try and grab it, then he was like “come on dude really?” And she threw the money in his hand. I have no idea what this woman is so angry about but she should probably not be working the drive thru window. I work in customer service too and no matter what kind of day I’m having I can’t snap at our customers.

Was up in Jersey for a retirement party. The next morning stopped at Dunkin to pickup Donuts, Munchkinz and Coffee before heading to my cousin's. Staff was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Good vibes from the whole crew.
Coffee was great. The service was great, but my muffin was super stale. Hopefully, that was just a fluke and not the norm.

Thank to John cannonier I will be using this lawfirm for all my upcoming legal matters...
They b getting it right. Toasting dark they way I said is the key to my satisfaction. They gots it.
They were very nice.
Dietary restrictions: Please be careful when getting information about caffeine content. I don't think Dunkin as a company cares to train their franchises/employees to know very much about the caffeine content of their menu items, nor to be aware of strict caffeine restrictions/sensitivities in people and their diets.
