I ordered an iced coffee, got to the window and it was hot so i said i asked for ice please. So the lady poured the hot coffee into ice and i had half hot coffee with ice on top. Then she laughed but i didn't notice until i drove pff. Dont play with peoples morning coffee.

lady at the window will not reach out far enough to had order out basically have to get out the car to get my food when using drive thru and she always has a rude look on her
I always mobile order and use the drive though I always greet the staff and it's the same lady every time rudest look on her face never greets me back. The last time went the coffee tastes so bad it was definitely stale and the donut I ordered was wrong not even close to the one I ordered. I didn't even know until I got home and opened the bag. If you're out of something just mention it when I pick up at least. I got a strawberry frosted donut and instead what was in the bag was some filled donut with chocolate frosting probably a Boston Creme. Why would you give me that?
