I don't think Dunkin as a company cares to train their franchises/employees to know very much about the caffeine content of their menu items, nor to be aware of strict caffeine restrictions/sensitivities in people and their diets.

I ordered an iced coffee, got to the window and it was hot so i said i asked for ice please. So the lady poured the hot coffee into ice and i had half hot coffee with ice on top. Then she laughed but i didn't notice until i drove pff. Dont play with peoples morning coffee.

I always mobile order and use the drive though I always greet the staff and it's the same lady every time rudest look on her face never greets me back. The last time went the coffee tastes so bad it was definitely stale and the donut I ordered was wrong not even close to the one I ordered. I didn't even know until I got home and opened the bag. If you're out of something just mention it when I pick up at least. I got a strawberry frosted donut and instead what was in the bag was some filled donut with chocolate frosting probably a Boston Creme. Why would you give me that?

They gave me my food cold, they never give me extra cream cheese that I pay for, and overall they just don’t make anything well. Go to the one on route 38 in lumberton/mount holly. They never mess up.

I ordered the breakfast taco with no bacon as I am vegerarian. I paid for meatless, my receipt was meatless, and when I bit into the taco, it contained BACON....I am not only unhappy, I am outraged. I have been vegetarian for 41 years and this put me over the edge.
