Only person happy there was a Woman on the drive thru com at the beginning taking the order. Next I go to the Drive thru window to pay WHY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES ASKING FOR PIN NUMBERS AT THE WINDOW???!! Idc if your machine is down , tell me before I pay I need to come inside or drive thru is only taking cash !! Tell me why I used a different card but y'all didn't ask for A PIN NUMBER ?? HMMM DONT DO THAT AGAIN !! I TALKED TO THE MANAGER ! Don't make me escalate things if I see a charge that shouldn't be there at all. Btw thanks for the stale fries . No straws . When I ask y'all a genuine question regarding my card and red flags don't take it personal. Y'all got a policy to follow .

Regardless of how or what we order, we always have to park and wait 10 minutes or so for our brown bag of bad decisions. There’s usually something missing or incorrect. Nobody cares.

When in drive thru, they park you pretty often and also can’t put the correct items that you ordered in back
The always makes my Ice Coffee just right….service is wonderful. They have a lot of happy faces working here and it shows that they love their job.

Check your bag before you leave. This place loves to forget half the items on your order and gives you an attitude when you ask to receive what you paid for.
Annoyed. The milk shake machine was broken, again. Several times this summer at various locations this has happened. I bought nothing, since that was all I wanted. The PEOPLE (counter help) at this location are GREAT! Patient!! Helpful. Their 'self-help' KIOSK never works! Usually without paper. Again GREAT PEOPLE!!! Horrible Technology.

Busy drive thru and they kept it moving smoothly had a few people pull in spots to wait and they were right out with everyone's food. Both women at the windows were friendly as well!
