As always I ordered three number 7’s.with just the meat and cheese and a number 6. it took a very long time for her to understand that and put the order in then when we went to pay, they told us to go wait in lane #3 . we waited a very long time and when she came out she didn’t have our drinks she didn’t have our french fries but she had Cheeseburgers just meat and cheese and no bun! When we explained we wanted a bun and that’s how we always order it. We were reprimanded. I have never experienced this in all my years taking my children and now my grandchildren! Again, she came out without the drinks without the fries just these burgers wrapped with cheese . When she came out the second time with the order 10 minutes later, she had another woman with her who wanted to tell us that we need to learn how to order at McDonald’s or that we shouldn’t go there. I Told her we order at McDonald’s and that’s how we always order it for my granddaughters and we’ve never had a problem before. She told us we need to learn how to order and was very nasty. when we left. and open the bag there were only five cheese not 6!!! I called and spoke to the manager Mike who basically said we could come back for the other burger, but he at least acknowledged that we did order it correctly and he would speak to his help. Not a place I will ever go again!And when I asked for the corporate number, he gave me an incorrect number

8 people were behind the counter but spent most of the time I waited standing at fry bin talking and socializing. The supervisor complained about another how he had to make a breakfast order during the afternoon in front of me. The tables were not wiped clean and floor was dirty looking. The cashier stood there looking at me saying “do you need something?” And I responded that I need to pay with cash. He shoved my change back at me at x turned and left the counter. Not going back there anytime soon. Customer service DEFINITELY lacking at this location?
