Went to mcdonald’s and got only a Large fry. Fries were cold and they refused to open the window to even figure out why we had to come back. The worker stood at the window as we asked for a refund if they didn’t want to remake the fries. They told us to come back tomorrow. Disgusting behavior

First off does McDonald's was very cramped like it's tiny. Second off I went in for a kid's meal that was called a boo basket and they told me that after I ordered already they didn't have any more of the boo baskets. Let me tell you if there was a boo basket on one of the tables behind the counter so they obviously had one and it was probably saving it for themselves. Then when I say could I at least get a toy then they said they were out of those two. Like I wouldn't have wasted my free kids meal if I wasn't going to get what I ordered for. There was something else that happened but I don't remember this was on Halloween.

It's been 8 years since I ate at McDonald's. I was craving my quarter pounder with cheese meal. Oh and I also got a 20 piece McNugget. I used to die from McDonald's. My quarter pounder was dripping Grease. The service was awesome the atmosphere was awesome. it's not the employees fault they have to cook what they give them they don't have a choice. But like I said the best thing about McDonald's is the service on the atmosphere not the food.

My husband and I are senior citizens. We decided to go inside to eat for a change and was told to use the kiosk. I understand why they're doing it this way. But when they saw that we were struggling with trying to use it, they should have helped. Instead we were told to go through the drive-thru. We did. We did use the drive-thru we drove right through their parking lot down the street to the diner.
Clean, nice people working there and food was hot.

never go here for breakfast second time i try and order there is a shorter women in the back asks me if im using mobile order i say no, then when i try to order i get ignored then when i go up to the drive thru window to see what’s wrong she looks dead at me behind the window and ignores me and doesn’t respond or come to the window while im trying to wave her down. extremely rude and unprofessional this has happened twice already
