My husband and I are senior citizens. We decided to go inside to eat for a change and was told to use the kiosk. I understand why they're doing it this way. But when they saw that we were struggling with trying to use it, they should have helped. Instead we were told to go through the drive-thru. We did. We did use the drive-thru we drove right through their parking lot down the street to the diner.

never go here for breakfast second time i try and order there is a shorter women in the back asks me if im using mobile order i say no, then when i try to order i get ignored then when i go up to the drive thru window to see what’s wrong she looks dead at me behind the window and ignores me and doesn’t respond or come to the window while im trying to wave her down. extremely rude and unprofessional this has happened twice already

Mcdonald's is chang their rewards selections. Slim picking . The $5.00 deal status was a big mac fries 4 pice Nuggets, drink now is a double cheese burger instead of big mac.. am I'm wrong ???

I guess nobody knows English and can’t read due to the fact that everything you order doesn’t come in the bag and it’s on the screen. Like shit they ask you every second if that’s all lol
This was the third time I had a poor experience at this location. the customer service is the worst I've ever experience. This time the girl at the window slamed the window in my face mid sentence while I was expressing my discontentment with how mess-up the order was. The order was so messed up that I was given things that I didn't want and the stuff I wanted were missing. She was upset that I demanded a correction. She said the order was read for you and slammed the window
Another time. My breakfast order was messed up. I realized it after I pulled off. I did not eat the sandwich but I went back as soon as I could to get them to give me the correct sandwich. when I got there, I told them what happened. I didn't got get an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. no one cared. I got instead "you want the money back? breakfast is about over" I said well I'm still hungry I didn't eat so I will take somethings else. They took the sandwich from me and made me pay extra for a lunch sandwich. I took what I could get and walked away and thought it was just a bad day for them. everyone gets those.
Now after this experience I realized that they just don't care at that location. The customer does not matter. I certainly don't.
