On 1,22,24 a little after 6pm I ordered 4pc combo side of fries unsweetened tea.when I got home ready to eat this I couldn't believe what they gave me. The fries were rotten ? they had put them in the box under the chicken when I went to move the chicken the smell of rotten potatoes was there. The tea was also sour and was sweetened instead of unsweetened it tasted as if the tea was sitting for about a week unrefrigerated. Or reused tea from days before. I ended up throwing Away the whole box smh

Chicken tenders were dry and crunchy. Sandwiches were good.
I was surprised that fried chicken lacked flavor..it was really bland. Not sure what was going on this last visit but..Not in a rush to go back anytime soon. All guests were friendly. People running into each other and catching up. Got our order pretty fast..even with all the customers. Prices$$ went real up.

This particular Popeyes is pitiful. I ordered a 10 piece family meal and they tried to give me 5 wings and no thighs. Then thigh she did put in literally had 2 bites of meat on it. Which we didn't eat anyway because there was a dark curly hair in it. Picture included. There was a delivery guy waiting behind me and he informed me that he fields complaints regularly about the poor quality of food here. I work in the food industry and would shut myself down if my employees handled my restaurant like this!

Waited 25 minutes for an online in store pickup order only to be told it was drive thru only today and when I received my order after another 15 minutes the didn't even bother to toss the wings in the

The last time I went, I sat in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes or so. There were 4 cars ahead of me and 6 cars behind me. It was a shame they were short-handed so much, so it affected the time spent waiting.The food was hot and good, but I could've gone elsewhere and may do that in the future.
