They have young people in there whom don't know what they have. As well as having a full conversation with someone else while you are ordering after they asked me how can I help you. Stop talking to multiple other people while im ordering. Then asked me to repeat my order again and again. So at that point I just left. Why would I want food from there if the person can't even take my order. Makes no sense at all 13 minutes to not get any food was a waste of time.

Very disappointed take out order- crispy chicken taco today- chicken was so overcooked almost burnt and dry- I couldn’t eat it and followed with a call to report to look at the chicken before serving. The response from Mgr was 3 OKs and no apology hmmmm. Won’t be ordering there anymore. Prices aren’t that great and portions are smaller anyway

I had a mobile order and I was thru the drive thru in no time. The staff was very friendly. My order was accurate (and delicious). They wrote a handwritten message on my bag, leaving their phone number in case I had any concerns. I will be calling to let them know they did a great job. Also THANK YOU for only giving me the two sauces I asked for instead of a lifetime supply that would most certainly go bad!!! Will definitely come back here.

It's taco bell. Service was fast, order accurate. Cantina chicken bowl was a nice healthy option. Tasted good.
