I’ve been coming here for breakfast for several weeks and they never have coffee. It’s on the menu but like mcdonalds ice cream, they’re always out or the machine is broken.

Stopped by drive thru on a Friday night. After paying my money, it appeared to be unclean. If I purposely ordered a chicken quesadilla that comes with no lettuce, why am I biting into it and tasting wilted lettuce. Gross... I can imagine what's in the rest of the food mixtures.

It's a decent taco bell. The employees are phenomenal but the ordering machines in the front lobby don't all work.

This is one of the best Taco Bell locations I have been to. I am a regular who comes easily 2-3 times a week. The place is clean, the staff is polite. The manager whose name I don’t know (red braids) is great, knowledgeable and serves everyone with a smile regardless of how busy it may be. Keep up the great work!

The woman who took my order was rude. I ordered a number 2 and when I went to the window to talk to the gentleman about her mistakenly taking the wrong order, she comes and says you said a number 3. When I asked for a number 2. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. Then she told someone “she wants a number 2 now”.

Most of the older employees have very nasty attitudes (supervisors and managers) towards the minor employees. They do not know how to treat the young workers and push them too hard because all they are worried about is beating the competition and making numbers. My minor child worked their behind off there and is very respectful but was yelled at and mistreated by the leaders. I told her more than once not to let anyone treat you any kind of way and that if I had to come up there and have a talk I definitely would without hesitation. I also urged her to quit because no amount of money is worth being treated any kind of way. They need to be more focused on why everyone is getting sick and hire professionals to go in and clean the place properly instead of hitting numbers for productivity and they need to stop being so cheap by only giving the employees one uniform shirt. Do not allow your kids to work here. It's funny how the manager has a young child but doesn't know how to treat other people's kids, walking around with an attitude, coming off as intimidating towards them and very unprofessional.

I specifically ordered 3 regular soft tacos and 4 supreme soft tacos. Instead, I received 6 regular soft tacos and only 1 supreme soft taco. I feel that the ordering process could be improved if the employees repeat the order back to the customer or ask if it looks correct on the screen.The Cinna Twists were unusually hard and might've been over cooked. I couldn't give them to my children in fear that they would choke. There was next to no cinnamon or sugar on them which was another big let down.I pointed out that the Baja Blast was looking very weak and almost clear like the syrup was running low. The employee offered a substitution and I accepted the Pepsi instead. Based off of my observations, I don't think the employees are paying attention to the quality they were putting out. On a side note, I have been to other drive thrus and those employees have spotted the lack of quality.I was asked twice by two different employees as to what I had ordered. Seemed like there was a lot of chaos when I got to the second window.In summary, I will not be returning to this location. I think the name of the game here is quantity over quality. Take the money and push cars through because it looks bad on management when cars sit in the drive thru too long.
