This used to be my go to Wawa on the way to work. I used to avoid the Wawa right down the street at the corner of Woodlane and Springside. The store is usually dirty, gossiping employees and overall bad round of hiring employees and other employees not being there anymore, that were friendly and inviting into the store. I brought a smell of gas to a manager's attention one time and he ignored me. This store has changed staff and managers multiple times since it opened only a short time ago and it has been for the worst. Steer clear

Wawa robbed me. Wawa is currently running a promotion for $6 classic cold/got hoagies. I bought 2 bags of chips for $4 and the $6 hoagie, and my total came out to almost $14.
I expressed my concern before swiping my card and was told the discounts were applied on the cashiers end. Upon being quickly hurried from the register, I asked for a receipt, which showed they charged me $9 for the hoagie.
I waited in line again. When I got back to the front, I was told that I was lying because it came off on her end. Upon showing her the receipt, she attempted to go into the system to prove me wrong but couldn't. She then called her manager but told him, "It's no rush."
The manager never came up to the register, and I was told that there was nothing they could do about the money Wawa stole, but I could "pick a piece of candy" for the inconvenience.
On top of that, the turkey gobbler I ordered tasted like tuna ?. Even if it tasted normal it was never worth $9. I had to eat chips for my lunch break which was cut in half due to Wawa robbing me.
It's really a shame how far the quality and service has declined at Wawa. At least I'll have the memory of it being more then just gas station food.

I love this place it's right next to my job the employees are super friendly and very helpful one in particular is Lori she's my favorite always have a smile on her face very cheerful and helpful she's my number 1 but I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks of Lori like the way I do

Honey hot chicken wrap was ice cold breading was wet like it was just pulled out the freezer and slapped into the tortilla wrap
This is the worst of all the wawas. The food is garbage. The service sucks. The atmosphere is a joke. The parking lot is a circus. The only good thing about Wawa is the gas. And this Wawa messes that up too. More than half the pumps are closed. You’re better off running out of gas on the highway than stopping here at this Wawa. It will be a more enjoyable, less painful experience than navigating the circus parking lot and waiting half an hour for an empty spot at a pump.

I placed a mobile order for my grandmother and was told by the app that it would be ready at 3:30 p.m. when I went into the store I could see a bag that was sitting near the mobile order sign and when I asked the lady behind the counter who is making smoothies if that was my order, she told me that I had to go to the other counter in order to get my food. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes only to be told by another lady at the other counter that my food was over at the mobile order counter.In addition to this my grandmother informed me after she got home that they didn't give her chicken noodle soup like she ordered but they gave her chicken corn chowder which she couldn't even eat due to dietary restrictions.I will not be coming back here to order food if I can help it. There was another lady in front of me that placed an order and they called her number calmly the first time but then they yelled it like they were agitated the second time and they didn't even have her order completely ready or correct. Very unimpressed with the service at this.

I can not believe the service I received today very disappointed. I went for lunch but saved my shorty for tonight for dinner. When I picked my sandwich up it felt like it was just a roll. I ❤️ WaWa chicken salad but there was little to none on my sandwich. Everything else was on point but I did not get near my monies worth today order number 611

Tried drive thru for the first time and loved it. You have to order and pay ahead from the app, but I arrived 5 mins after I ordered and it was ready right away. Staff was very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend to go here. It was raining and I’m on break for work so this was perfect!
