I had an issue tonight with my card. Outside of certain managers enforcing specific policies, afyer the encounter i asked for the managers name, the lady at the cash register said she said I dont feel comfortable giving out thst info. I said i cant have your managers name? And she said no, rolled her eyes and went to the room where the manager was. I asked for the managers name and before giving it to me, shes expressing the policy I already understood and took note of. As I was leaving they were talking loudly about me. Very unprofessional Hayleigh

This used to be my go to Wawa on the way to work. I used to avoid the Wawa right down the street at the corner of Woodlane and Springside. The store is usually dirty, gossiping employees and overall bad round of hiring employees and other employees not being there anymore, that were friendly and inviting into the store. I brought a smell of gas to a manager's attention one time and he ignored me. This store has changed staff and managers multiple times since it opened only a short time ago and it has been for the worst. Steer clear

Not a good thing at all. Finished my cold brew coffee and found black pieces of plastic at the end of my drink. I will absolutely be talking to a doctor and lawyer.

Wawa robbed me. Wawa is currently running a promotion for $6 classic cold/got hoagies. I bought 2 bags of chips for $4 and the $6 hoagie, and my total came out to almost $14.

I expressed my concern before swiping my card and was told the discounts were applied on the cashiers end. Upon being quickly hurried from the register, I asked for a receipt, which showed they charged me $9 for the hoagie.

I waited in line again. When I got back to the front, I was told that I was lying because it came off on her end. Upon showing her the receipt, she attempted to go into the system to prove me wrong but couldn't. She then called her manager but told him, "It's no rush."

The manager never came up to the register, and I was told that there was nothing they could do about the money Wawa stole, but I could "pick a piece of candy" for the inconvenience.

On top of that, the turkey gobbler I ordered tasted like tuna ?. Even if it tasted normal it was never worth $9. I had to eat chips for my lunch break which was cut in half due to Wawa robbing me.

It's really a shame how far the quality and service has declined at Wawa. At least I'll have the memory of it being more then just gas station food.

I love this place it's right next to my job the employees are super friendly and very helpful one in particular is Lori she's my favorite always have a smile on her face very cheerful and helpful she's my number 1 but I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks of Lori like the way I do

Gas attendant was nice, but he spelled gas all over my van and didn't clean it up just walked away to the next car

Two girls was having a full blown conversation over people food while everybody standing there waiting I just think that’s so nasty & no mask on. No structure with pick up. parking lot is a mess drive thru not open. Definitely dropping the ball & it’s a shame this is a brand new Wawa.
