Stopped in at 4:45pm while walking around town. Only 1 customer being waited on. No welcome greeting or acknowledgment when i entered. No menu available, no prices noted. I told them it was my first time eating here, seemed to bother her that i was asking food questions. I got a medium size j*** chicken with mac n cheese and rice n' peas. Chicken was chopped with bones which made it difficult to enjoy , mac was 1 tiny bite and rice was dry. $22 bucks , not worth it. Our small business owners need to understand that its customer service that keeps us alive. Word of mouth is the best advertisement any business can get. Sadly, i will not visit again and will take my business elsewhere. Yadd mann.... Show love to all that walk thru your business doors, as we are showing love by supporting your business. Don't be upset with this post, learn from it.

I've had the oxtails a few times recently. This is not a dish that I'd try everywhere. Like the j*** chicken, the oxtails were really tasty both times. I would definitely try them again for oxtails in the future. I may try some other dishes soon. The restaurant is always really clean and the customer service is also good and professional.

Delicious fried plantains, curry chicken, and j*** chicken. We've already enjoyed countless meals from this location.It's true that they don't have the full menu available everyday, and we hope that's something that they can remedy as their business grows. We're looking forward to trying the fried chicken, however it hasn't been available every time we've stopped inThe woman at the front desk has been exceptionally friendly and helpful every visit.Thank you Yaad man crew!

The food is really good. I recommend ordering ahead and coming in early. Menu items run out quickly but everything is delicious. Customer service could be better but the food is worth the attitude. Looking forward to when they run out of styrofoam food containers

The Customer Service was AWFUL! The girl taking our take out order had an attitude & treated us like we were an inconvenience. Everytime we placed an order, she said they didn't have it. I asked, please tell me what you do have? She sucked her teeth & rolled her eyes. We walked out after I was told the bill was $121.00! I will NEVER go there again or refer people there. I work at a nearby establishment & retracted all my recommendations to try this restaurant.

Was placed on hold, and the girl who answered never came back. Got through 20 minutes later only to have the manager get on and get mad because I told him the issue. Then he wanted to give me an excuse about having 20 people inside, but they took so long to answer, I was pulling up by the time they answered and literally counted 8 people in the restaurant through the window. These restaurants forget they need customers to stay in business. They are not making money to run customers away being Nasty. I had 3 catering jobs that I will not take elsewhere. Always know how important your dollar is. Never allow any restaurant to think they be disrespectful and get your business. Im blessed and they just took their blessings away.

I tried Yaad Man yesterday for the first time. Delicious!! The Oxtails was so tender(can't really find them like that anymore)the rice & peas and cabbage was fresh. The portion was nice for the price. I will be regular customer.
I live close by and I love this restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The only problem is they almost never have what you want. There has never been one time when I went there and got everything I wanted. They either don't have Mac & Cheese or don't have Cabbage etc. But other than that I highly recommend.

I rated Yaad Man a 2 out of 5 because their customer service is awful. The food is good but the service they provide is opposite. I have ordered from them many times, attempting to give them multiple chances and still receive the same outcome. I even placed a catering order last year for my husbands big 40th and paid in advance only for them to contact me on the day of to tell me they did not have all of my order. They ended up giving me extra rice however, their lack of acknowledgment was poor. It’s sad that they have good food but dealing with the attitudes you receive is not worth it. I hope this review encourages the owner there to take a look at how they wish the community to receive them and provide patrons who work hard for their money the service they wish to have.

Very good clean food. Fresh cabbage & has that good flavor & slightly al dente (crunch). Owner is a Sweetheart & his assistant @ the front counter is also. Good Family Feel, delicious rice & peas, fresh scotch bonnet.Veg Patty was also very good. Definitely I will be back. Clean, spotless Establishment.

Food was really good! My mother ordered curry goat and I had the oxtail. We are used to the dishes being much spicier but these platters were perfectly made. I did not have to add salt, the meal was not salty at all- just perfect. Although I live in the area and can order from here anytime my mother does not- and she said she’d drive back to have their food again. I would definitely have again and I do recommend!

Stopped here yesterday for the first time. Had the chicken combo with j*** chicken and brown stew chicken, rice and peas and plantains. Also had the beef Pattie's. First off. Nice location downtown Mt Holly. Clean, colorful, Jamaican vibes. The food was phenomenal!! Some of the best Jamaican food in South Jersey , period!! I have tried many Jamaican spots in burlington, Mt holly , camden other locations around south jersey and this spot is one of the best. The flavors are spot on , the j*** chicken was nice and juicey and Smokey from the grill. The brown stew chicken was very flavorful and different from some I've had but I really love this version ! Keep up the great work over there ! And if you haven't been there yet. Get there fir that j*** chicken. Very tasty !!
